| At present,China’s economic development has gone through the stage of the development of factor resources,resource and energy bottlenecks,serious overcapacity and other situations have determined that the economy must be transformed,the implementation of innovation driven development strategy,and timely lead the new normal of economic development.Makerspace is an important part of the national innovation system.It focuses on cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship projects,promoting industrialization and scale of such projects,and promoting technological progress and regional economic development.As a new technology innovation carrier platform,makerspace is of great significance to support economic transformation,tap new economic power,optimize entrepreneurial environment,and promote "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".The state has issued a large number of policies on supporting innovation and entrepreneurship,and the development of makerspace.In the past five years,the development of makerspace in China has been very rapid,with obvious improvement in quality and quantity,as well as the failure of some makerspace in the competition.Therefore,this kind of phenomenon has attracted the attention of scholars.Based on this,this paper studies the operation mechanism and efficiency of makerspace in Jiangxi Province.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and significance,combs the domestic and foreign researches on makerspace,and constructs the operation mechanism of makerspace along the logic thinking of "connotation feature structure" of makerspace with the support of theories related to makerspace,innovation and entrepreneurship and efficiency evaluation.The operation mechanism of makerspace mainly includes four core mechanisms: ecosystem circulation and metabolism mechanism,heterogeneous resource integration and growth mechanism,achievement sharing and fault tolerance trial and error power mechanism and supply demand promotion mechanism,which maintain the sustainable and healthy development of makerspace.Then,the paper selects the evaluation methods of makerspace-data envelopment analysis method and Malmquist index method.By combing the previous research results and combining the selection principles of efficiency evaluation index system,it constructs the evaluation index system of makerspace efficiency from the input of human,material,financial and information resources,investment and financing capacity and sustainable development capacity of makerspace.Secondly,combining the efficiency evaluation index system to collect the operation data of 50 sample makerspaces,using the BCC model of DEA method and Malmquist index method to analyze the operation of 50 provincial and above makerspaces in Jiangxi Province from the static and dynamic perspectives.The research results show that the average comprehensive efficiency of sample makerspaces in 2019 is 0.8994,the average of pure technology efficiency is 0.9784,scale efficiency is 0.9159,and scale efficiency has a greater impact on the comprehensive efficiency of makerspace.In 2016-2019,the total factor productivity index of makerspace(tfpch)in Jiangxi Province showed a slight downward trend,with an average annual decline of 0.2%.Jiangxi Province still does not pay enough attention to the development of makerspace,and needs to further optimize the space entrepreneurial environment and match the space entrepreneurial resources and control the construction scale of the space,so that the operation efficiency of makerspace can be continuously improved.Finally,according to the current situation and empirical analysis of the development of makerspace in Jiangxi Province,four countermeasures are put forward to improve its operation efficiency: optimizing the input of space manpower,improving the efficiency of resource utilization;broadening the space financing channels,helping the development of entrepreneurial projects;strengthening the implementation of policies,optimizing the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship;focusing on the overall planning and layout,strengthening the brand demonstration guidance. |
