During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,under the correct leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,China’s civil aviation industry has actively responded to complex environmental changes and risk challenges at home and abroad,created a new record in flight safety,achieved both scale and quality improvement,and better met the needs of the economy.To meet the needs of social development,the goal of the historic leap from a big transportation country to a strong transportation country has been basically completed.While the civil aviation industry is changing,Sichuan Province has ushered in a critical period of seizing major national strategic opportunities and promoting the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.Ushered in a huge change in the province’s airports.Under such a special background,by studying the operation effect evaluation of some airports in Sichuan,we can fully demonstrate the operation of the airports in the province,dig out the loopholes and problems existing in the operation of the airport,comprehensively analyze the external environment of the airport,and comprehensively summarize the past experience.Operational experience.Based on the analysis results of operational efficiency,combined with the current situation and trends of the civil aviation industry under the influence of the new crown epidemic,the corresponding management opinions and suggestions for airport operations can be drawn,which can guide the overall follow-up long-term development of Sichuan Airport.This thesis selects data envelopment analysis(DEA)and related derivative models to study the operational effects of seven airports currently under the same airport manager in Sichuan Province.The operation of the airport under high-load operation in the market environment,this thesis selects the data of the first five years of 2020 for analysis.First,the operation efficiency of 7 airports was analyzed horizontally using the annual data in 2019.Secondly,the operation efficiency of each airport was analyzed vertically using the period data from 2015 to 2019.Dimension conducted a more in-depth study on the production management technology level and scale of some airports in Sichuan,and came to the following conclusions: The comprehensive operation effect of the 7 airports selected in 2019 was average,of which only 3 airports reached DEA effectiveness,and the airport’s Production management technology still needs to be continuously improved,especially there is a gap between the current scale of regional airports and the optimal scale.From 2015 to 2019,the production management level of the selected airports has improved,but careful decision-making is still required in resource allocation.In addition,this thesis conducts an in-depth discussion on the external factors that may affect airport operations,and analyzes the correlation between regional GDP,regional total tourism revenue,regional residents’ average wages,and airport fixed asset investment and airport operations.At the same time,considering the overall impact of the new crown epidemic on the civil aviation industry and airports,a reasonable assessment of the existing airport operation environment was conducted,and the overall industry environment was still in the recovery period.Based on the case analysis of the operation effect of some airports in Sichuan,considering the actual conditions and conditions of the airport operation,it proposes transformation management airport,overall planning and development,reasonable evaluation of construction scale,introduction of new technologies,optimization of airport operation process and operating procedures,strive to improve the external environment and other improvement suggestions,and put forward more concrete safeguard measures in terms of human resources,financial management,safe operation,planning and development,etc.,hoping to provide certain reference for the subsequent operation of civil airports in Sichuan Province Significance,and have made great progress in the special industry environment.Finally,the analysis points out the shortcomings of this research,and puts forward the prospect of future research.
