The wind environment of the building pays less attention in people's daily life,but it has a great influence on the human comfort.A good wind environment can ensure the safety and health of people,and at the same time can reduce building energy consumption and thus reduce the consumption of natural resources.Therefore,how to consider the relationship between wind and architecture and actively utilize this relationship is worthy of consideration and research.Multi-storey residential buildings such as residences,apartments,dormitories,etc.are important building types in the city,with a large volume and a wide range,and their wind environment is worthy of attention.This paper sets up the control experiment of building height,length,spacing,and different building layouts by controlling the single variable method.Starting from the scale relationship of single building to building combination and then to building layout,it summarizes the relationship between wind environment and multistory buildings:(1)In the six sets of height control simulation experiments,it is found that when the height of the building is 12 meters,the proportion of the static wind area on the windward side of the building is the largest,and the area of the wind shadow area on the leeward side of the building increases with the height.Also increase.When the height increases to 18 m,the wind environment of the winded surface area of the building is more complicated,but as the height increases to 21 m,24m,27 m,the wind shadow area on the leeward side of the building tends to be stable,with little change.(2)From the comparative simulation experiment of the face width,it can be seen that the face width is positively correlated with the wind shadow area on the leeward side.When two units are arranged in groups,that is,the face width is 40 m,the wind speed acceleration at the corners on both sides of the building is most obvious In areas with weak winds,two units can be arranged in groups to enhance air circulation.(3)Under the premise of satisfying the sunshine interval,it is found that the larger the sunshine interval,the better the wind environment of the front and rear buildings.The larger the space between the front and rear rows,the air can flow fully without forming complex turbulence.The simulation found that when the current rear building distance is 22 m and 25 m,the front and rear pressure difference of the rear building meets the indoor ventilation requirement of 1.5pa.(4)The survey shows that the 40 multi-storey communities in Mianyang City generally adopt mixed,determinant and enclosed layout forms.Through the summer simulation of the comprehensive wind speed and pressure of these several layout forms,it is found that in the positive determinant layout,the wind environment of the positive determinant layouts C and D is ideal,and in the staggered layout,the layout mode of the staggered C Ideally,the overall wind environment of the left oblique row type is not much different;considering the wind speed partial pressure,the right oblique row type D such a layout can make the indoor obtain more ventilation effects.Enclosed openings are also an important factor affecting the wind environment of the building.On the whole,when the openings are arranged in the same direction,the layout of enclosing B and C is relatively ideal.When the openings are arranged opposite or opposite,enclosing E The wind environment of the layout of H and H is more ideal,and the wind speed in the enclosed space is mostly in the sub-comfort zone.In the mixed type,the wind environment enclosed on four sides is the most unsatisfactory.The two threesided enclosed layouts,the three-sided enclosed A,are more conducive to the organization and ventilation of the room.Among the four two-sided enclosed layouts,the two sides enclosed C The wind environment effect is the most ideal.(5)The negative impact of the "corner effect" can be mitigated by sheltering by plants or passivating the corners of the building.(6)For reducing the area of the wind shadow area,the gable spacing should be greater than9 m when arranged in parallel;the bottom of the building can also be overhead treated.In terms of orientation,it should be at a certain angle with the prevailing wind direction.Buildings in Mianyang are recommended to be northwest-southeast Layout,the building surface width is not more than 60 m.(7)In different layout modes,in determinant layout,considering summer ventilation and winter wind protection in Mianyang City,the orientation of the building group can be northwest-southeast.When enclosed,the layout openings should not be consistent with the prevailing wind direction,and the openings in Mianyang area It is ideal to build the surrounding wind environment when it is arranged to the west or south.For the mixed layout of enclosed and determinant types,the wind environment of the enclosed arrangement on all sides in weak wind areas such as Mianyang is the most unsatisfactory.In the three-sided enclosure,it is recommended to arrange the openings facing east,and on both sides.In the middle,the wind environment with the opening to the northwest is the most ideal.In summary,in the Mianyang area,in the row layout,it is recommended that the building group face northwest-southeast,the enclosed layout suggests that the openings should be arranged to the west or east,and in the two-sided enclosing type,the openings should be arranged in the northwest direction.
