Residential area,as a densely populated residential form,is one of important parts of urban construction.For the reasons of architecture form and layout,paving surface and other factors,the residential area is becoming one of the main heat sources of city,which is affecting on people's life.Greening is an essential element in the design of urban residential areas,and it is also an effective measure to improve the outdoor thermal environment of urban residential district in summer.Less research on the relationship between greening and temperature,humidity environment however were found now.Therefore,the classical residential area in Hangzhou,China as sample pot to investigate,the results showed as following:(1)The relationship between greening factor and thermal environment:Six plots were selected from10 plots.Relative indexes were detected by correlation analysis.The results showed that there were significantly different between green space area,arbor coverage,TGB of community distinct and other indicators,and the community structure,plant species,number of trees and TGB these four green factor and temperature and humidity was significantly correlated(P<0.05).Consequently,greening factors had closely related to the difference of temperature and humidity in the residential area.(2)The influence of different greening types in the outdoor thermal environment in summer:Basing on the results of(1),we analyzed the data by using single factor analysis of variance and simple linear regression analysis,the results showed that:(1)Compared with the control point,average daily cooling intensity of plant community is 0.68-1.42?,cooling rate is as high as 1.17-4.70%;The average daily humidity increase strength of 0.53-4.93%,humidifying rate reached 1.35-12.55%,and Community with complex structure of arbor+shrub+herb's effect of cooling and humidification was superior to that of the simple structure of arbor and shrub communities.(2)The total amount of TGB was higher,the cooling effect was better,the sample plot 1 was higher than the rest of the 3 sample(23.2-38.3%),and the temperature was lower than the other sample(0.62-1.04?),Further researches showed that the green quantity of arbor+shrub was closely relationship with temperature,humidity(R~2=0.95),and also showed that the proportion of Shrubbery,green quantity is higher,the cooling effect is more obvious.(3)Cinnamomum camphora was the best species for cooling environment,and its cooling intensity was2.18?.The researcher also indicated that the arbor with high LAI and bigger canopy had better cooling effect.(4)Temperature of green surface was sharply lower than other underlying surface,and the ordering temperature was:parking field>square granite>asphalt road>plant canopy surface>lawn>community,the most difference was more than 30?.Based on(1)and(2)the results,the measures of greening design were taken to release heat stress on the environment in the city.The strategy will guide significantly improving the summer temperature and humidity environment in residential area,at the same time it has very important significant to improve the living environment,the quality of life,and the urban ecological environment.
