| Objective:Non-exercise(N-Ex)method was used to calculate VO2max by filling in a questionnaire with individual self-evaluation.As a supplementary method to evaluate cardiopulmonary endurance,it has the advantage of not requiring expensive experimental equipment or exercise test, but different self-rating questionnaires have different predictive efficacy. Therefore, this research aims to confirm the existing the movement way to evaluate the effectiveness of the cardiovascular system, and the simple calculation put forward a kind of sport is suitable for running speed and verification, and cardiopulmonary endurance for different levels of healthy young people relative personalized recommend appropriate running speed, for the masses to provide personalized fitness guidance of new ideas and new solutions,Help the last mile of scientific fitness guidance, providing a new way for the realization of active health.Research Methods:In this study, students(male and female,25)aged 20-29 in Beijing Sport University were selected as subjects.First, they filled in the self-assessment questionnaire of cardiopulmonary endurance.Secondly,a stationary gas metabolometer(Cortex Metalyzer 3B-R2,Germany)and a heart rate meter(Polar T31/T34,Finland)were used to test the Bruce incremental load scheme on the running platform to measure the predicted and measured values of VO2max.Paired sample t-test and Pearson correlation analysis were used to verify the validity of the self-assessment questionnaire. After several days, the predicted and measured values of VO2max were substituted into the running energy consumption prediction formula of the American Academy of Sports Medicine(ACSM)to calculate the running speed corresponding to 55%,75%and 85%VO2max.Then,the suitable running speed simulation test was conducted.During the test, the data of VO2,HR,MET and EE were collected.Paired sample t-test,Pearson correlation analysis,Bland-Altman and other methods were used to verify the validity of the questionnaire combined with the formula of oxygen intake in running.Results:1)The mean values of the predicted VO2max in non-exercise mode and the measured VO2max in running Bruce scheme were lower than the measured values in both gender groups and overall groups, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The correlation analysis of VO2max of the two methods showed that the correlation coefficients of the male group and female group were 0.745 and 0.569 respectively(P<0.01),and the overall correlation coefficient was 0.801(P<0.01).(2)The average values of VO2max calculated by running formula and measured by running Bruce regimen were lower than those measured by Bruce regimen in male group and in general, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average predicted values of the running formula in the female group were all higher than the measured values in the Bruce scheme, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation analysis of the relative values of VO2max in the two methods showed that the correlation coefficients of the male group and female group were 0.830 and 0.635 respectively(P<0.01),and the overall correlation coefficient was 0.875(P<0.01).(3)There was no significant difference between the average speed calculated by non-exercise method combined with running formula and the average speed calculated by running Bruce scheme combined with running formula(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in VO2,HR,MET and EE between the two three speed tests(P>0.05).The correlation analysis of VO2,HR,MET and EE collected twice at three-level speed showed that the correlation between VO2,HR,MET and EE was moderate or above, and the correlation degree was of great statistical significance(P<0.01).The correlation between HR and EE was moderate or below. The correlation degree was statistically significant(P<0.01).The correlation of VO2,Met and EE measured by the two methods was moderate or above(P<0.01).The ICC correlation coefficient of VO2,HR,Met and EE collected by the two three speed methods was above 0.7.For the total sample, the Bland-Altman plot showed that 4%(2/50)of the points for VO2,MET,and EE were outside the 95%concordant limit, and the difference was within the acceptable range.Conclusion:(1)The adult cardiopulmonary endurance self-assessment questionnaire can be used to estimate the individual VO2max of young people aged 20-29 years, and to evaluate their cardiopulmonary endurance level.(2)The running formula is used to predict that VO2max is effective, but the use of this formula by girls may lead to overestimation.(3)Adults’ cardiopulmonary endurance self-assessment questionnaire combined with running formula can be used to calculate the appropriate running speed, and can truly reflect the exercise intensity of young people aged 20-29. |
