Research Background: Under the background of the integration of sports power and sports education in the new era, adolescents’ physical health problems are affected by unprecedented attention has been paid to it,but in recent years, the cardiopulmonary function of young people in my country has declined very seriously. The number of sudden deaths in campus sports caused by the imbalance of system regulation continues to rise.Purpose of Research:Taking adolescents as subjects, they were divided into a training group and a non-training group according to their physical training characteristics, and the heart rate variability(heart rate variability)of the two groups in the quiet state, during exercise and in the short recovery period(5min)was observed.,HRV)and the basic characteristics of cardiopulmonary function indicators and the change characteristics of heart rate variability and cardiopulmonary function indicators in the three states;(2)study the effect of physical training on adolescents in quiet state, exercise and short-term Influencing factors of 5-min HRV and cardiopulmonary function changes during the recovery period.(3)To explore the possible mechanism of physical training-induced differences in HRV and cardiopulmonary function recovery levels during short-term recovery, and to further analyze the physiological significance of each index parameter.Method of Research:This research adopts the methods of literature data, questionnaire survey, experimental method and mathematical statistics method.A total of 127 adolescents aged 14-17 were recruited from a general high school in Shanghai and a junior sports school in Shanghai.Through the AHA/ACSM health/physical fitness preexercise screening questionnaire, those with movement disorders and other inappropriate The test population was finally included in 117 people, including 69 in the training group and 48 in the non-training group. The HRV and cardiopulmonary function indexes of each subject were monitored in the resting state, during exercise, and in the short-term recovery period of 5 minutes, respectively, and the change characteristics of each index were analyzed, and independent samples T-test analysis and repeated measures analysis of variance were performed.Result of research:(1)In the quiet state, the values of TP,HF and LF of HRV in the training group were significantly higher than those in the non-training group(p=0.048,p=0.005,p=0.034,p=0.047,p=0.031).The heart rate HR of the training group was significantly lower than that of the non-long-term regular group(p=0.006),and the vital capacity VC was significantly higher than that of the non-training group(p=0.021).(2)During exercise, the values of SDNN,HF,LF/HF and VC in training group were significantly higher than those in non-training group(p<0.05);HR was significantly lower than non-training group(p=0.014,p=0.040,p=0.038,p=0.019,p=0.027).SDNN,RMSSD,TP,HF,LF and VC in quiet condition decreased significantly(p<0.05),LF/HF and HR increased significantly(p<0.05),but the values of SDNN,HF,LF/HF and VC in training group were significantly higher than(p<0.05)HR in non-training group was significantly lower than that in non-training group.(3)In short recovery period(5min),the values of SDNN,RMSSD,TP,LF,LF/HF and VC in training group were significantly higher than those in non-training group(p=0.016,p=0.041,p=0.037,p=0.047,p=0.005,p=0.003),while HR was significantly lower than those in non-training group(p=0.004).Compared with the resting state, the SDNN,RMSSD,TP,HF,LF,LF/HF,VC,and HR indicators of the training group recovered, but did not return to the resting state, with very significant differences(p<0.05,p<0.01,p<0.001,p<0.01,p<0.01,p<0.05,p<0.01);SDNN,RMSSD,TP,HF,LF indicators in the non-training group recovered compared to the resting state, but did not return to the resting state, with a very significant difference(all: p<0.001),VC showed a downward trend, and a very significant difference from the resting state(p<0.05),the LF/HF index was still in an upward trend, with a very significant difference(p<0.001).(4)Time,years and intensity of physical training have significant influence on HF and LF/HF.Conclusion of Research:(1)HRV indexes and cardiorespiratory function levels in the training group were significantly higher than those in the non-training group in the quiet state, suggesting that long-term regular physical training has a positive effect on the activity of vagus nerve, sympathetic nerve activity, autonomic nervous regulation and cardiorespiratory function in adolescents.(2)During exercise, the HRV levels of the two groups decreased with the continuous exercise, and were significantly lower than those in the resting state, but the HRV level of the non-training group decreased even more.It suggested that the vagus nerve and sympathetic nerve tone and their balance in the training group were significantly higher than those in the non-training group.(3)in the short recovery period of 5min,HRV and cardiopulmonary function indexes of the two groups recovered, but still did not recover to quiet. The recovery of various indexes of non-long-term regular exercise group was later than that of long-term regular exercise group, suggesting that physical training can improve the adaptability of HRV and cardiopulmonary function of adolescents after exercise.(4)The main factors influencing HRV and cardiopulmonary function of adolescents were physical training intensity, physical training time and years of physical training.
