Study On Financial Services Of Marine Economic Development In Guangdong Coastal Economic Zone

With the development and utilization of coastal resources,all government departments attach great importance to the development of marine economy.In 2005,Guangdong put forward a new concept of the coastal economic belt,which will promote the further development of the coastal economic belt in Guangdong and pursue the balanced development of the East and the West.In this context,it is very important to develop the marine economy vigorously,and the development of the marine economy can not be separated from the support of finance.Finance can not only be the wings of the marine economy,but also the "forerunner" of the marine economic development.The importance of financial services to the development of marine economy in Guangdong coastal economic zone is self-evident.This paper takes the marine economic development of Guangdong coastal economic zone as the research object,according to the financial demand,financial development,financial repression and other financial related theories,studies the current situation of Guangdong marine financial services in the development of marine economy,and measures the supply-demand gap of financial services in the marine economy of the coastal economic zone.The data of marine economy in Guangdong coastal economic zone from 2009 to 2018 are collected,the BCC model of DEA method is used to evaluate the efficiency of financial institutions in serving marine economy in coastal economic zone,and the value of comprehensive efficiency is selected as the basis to judge the efficiency of financial institutions in serving marine economy.It is concluded that the efficiency of financial institutions in serving marine economy in Guangdong coastal economic zone is low as a whole Lower level.The paper also analyzes the output insufficiency and input redundancy of financial institutions serving the marine economy in Guangdong coastal economic zone.This paper summarizes the following problems in the development of the marine economy in the coastal economic zone of Guangdong Province: first,the lack of relevant documents for financial services;second,the lack of financial institutions to serve the marine economy;third,the imperfection of the financial service system;fourth,the lack of financial investment and the large financial gap;fifth,the structure of the financial service talent team is not coordinated.In addition,the paper analyzes the advanced experience of financial services in marine economic development in Germany,Japan,Norway,Liaoning Province and Zhejiang Province,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the marine financial services in marine economy in Guangdong Coastal Economic Zone: increasing the financial policy to favor the marine economy,improving the construction of marine financial service system and exploring the financial service mode with marine economic characteristics And products.This paper has some innovation in the perspective of topic selection,actively responds to and implements the relevant policy documents of the state and Guangdong Province,enriches the theoretical system of the coastal economic zone's marine economic development,provides policy reference for the development of other provinces' coastal economic zone,and also enriches the relevant literature and research of marine finance.
