The rapid development and maturity of high and new technologies such as service computing,cloud computing and big data has led to the expansion of human cognition and enhancement of human ability,and the emergence of intelligent business services in various fields on a large scale.The needs of users have also become more and more complex.A single service or even a simple combination of services can no longer meet the needs of users.Multiple independent services across the boundaries of different industries,organizations and value chains need to be deeply integrated to provide users with multi-dimensional,high-quality and valuable services.Therefore,how to quickly design a large service scheme that users are satisfied in these large-scale intelligent business services according to user needs has become a hot topic in today's research and has attracted wide attention.At the same time,after the big service scheme is put into operation,it is necessary to continuously monitor and adjust the big service system with the change of the external environment and market demand.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a value-quality-ability fine-tuning method under the operation state of the big service system.Aiming at the above two problems,this paper proposes a value-quality-capability configuration and optimization method for large-scale service design,and conducts a detailed study from the following four aspects:In order to solve the problem that non-functional attributes such as the value,quality and capability of large service are difficult to be designed efficiently and rationally,a large service optimization design method based on the two-stage model of VQD-QCD is designed based on the idea of QFD.In the model,on the premise of considering the real service capacity constraints of multiple service providers in the market,the value expectations of many stakeholders are transformed layer by layer into global quality parameter configuration of service functions,local quality parameter configuration of activities and capability parameter configuration of resources.In order to solve the failure of VQD-QCD model configuration caused by the value conflict of service participants,an automatic negotiation method was designed to coordinate the value expectation concession value of multiple participants in a large service,and the value expectation was adjusted from bottom to top to eliminate the existing value conflict.On the premise of ensuring the individual interests of each participant as far as possible,the overall utility maximization of large service is pursued.In order to ensure that after the big service can remain stable in the dynamic change of environment,use of dynamic adjustment method based on data mining,according to the feedback results are called the results,and carries on the data mining to collect real-time data,parameter dynamic fine-tuning of the service,every time without affecting the overall service operation adjustment under the condition of a small number of parameters,in order to solve the problem,service feedback by the runtime implementation for long-term maintenance services.In order to verify the feasibility of the above theory,a large service configuration optimization system is developed.The system includes modules large service value-quality configuration design,automatic negotiation for multi-party value conflict resolution,and fine-tuning under the operation state of large service.
