With the rapid development of manufacturing,enterprises are facing increasing competition pressure.Quality is the lifeline of products,and it is the goal pursued by enterprises to bring products to market faster and with higher quality.Because traditional manufacturing quality control can no longer meet the requirements of the company for product quality,design quality control has become an inevitable trend of product quality management.How to realize quality control of product design process on the basis of PDM is a research hotspot of design quality control.At present,the control method of product design quality mainly adopts single process control,quality characteristic control or control based on quality standards.Aiming at the shortcomings of the single quality control method,this paper studies the quality control method of design process quality control,realizes the design quality control system,and initially solves the design quality problem of the enterprise.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The construction and evolution of the design quality information model.Aiming at the problems existing in enterprise design quality information management,the product design quality information is classified,and the design quality information model is established based on product structure tree and meta-model.It solves the problem that design quality information lacks effective organization.The changes of design quality information at various stages of product design are analyzed,and the evolution process of design quality information model is described.(2)Research on key design quality characteristics extraction methods.In view of the numerous quality characteristics of electromechanical products,it is difficult to control in the design process.Firstly,the key design quality characteristics of the products are classified and expressed.Then the traditional QFD and FMEA methods are improved,and the integrated application model of QFD and FMEA is established.Based on the model,the extraction of key design quality characteristics is realized.(3)Research on quality control methods of design process based on quality characteristics.The process method and design control program in ISO9001 standard are analyzed.The design quality control method combining macroscopic process control and micro-process document quality review is proposed.The quality control model of design process quality control model is established.A method for realizing macroscopic process control through design process decomposition and input and output control of design tasks is proposed.The design quality review process of process documents was studied,and the automatic matching of design quality review process based on file attributes was realized.The quality evaluation index system was constructed to realize the automatic matching of quality characteristics of design process.(4)Implementation of the quality control system of the design process in PDM.The PDM system was independently developed using tools such as C# and SQL server,and the quality control function of the product design process was implemented in the PDM system.At the same time,this paper shows the main interface and operation steps of product design quality characteristic information management,design process macro control,process document design quality review and other functional modules.
