Classification And Molecular Identification Of Wild Dandelion Germplasm Resources In Heilongjiang Province

The test will be carried out in 12 major cities such as Harbin,Qiqihar,Daqing,Suihua,Heihe,Jiamusi,Qitaihe,Shuangyashan,Hegang,Yichun,Mudanjiang and Jixi in Heilongjiang Province.The wild taraxacum under the jurisdiction of the city and county are widely collected.The agronomic traits of 10 aboveground parts were identified,including flower color,shape of outer total bracts,length of scapes,villus of scapes,growth pattern of scapes,plant growth pattern(angle with ground),color of veins,depth of leaf cleavage,leaf shape and villus of leaves.Population Division of Wild taraxacum in Heilongjiang Province;Classification of wild taraxacum populations in Heilongjiang Province using phenotypic screening using SSR molecular markers.The main results are as follows:(1)Daqing,Harbin,Hegang,Heihe,Jixi,Jiamusi,Mudanjiang,Qitaihe,Qiqihar,Shuangyashan,Suihua,Yichun and its municipalities and counties in Heilongjiang Province,morphological observation,statistics,taxonomy,etc.,through the color of the flower,the shape of the outer bract,the length of the flower bud,the growth pattern of the flower bud,the condition of the flower bud,the growth mode of the plant,the villus of the leaf,the vein Color,leaf depth and different expressions and differences of leaf shape,wild taraxacum in Heilongjiang Province can be divided into 542 populations.(2)Broadleaf is one of the most important yield traits in the aboveground part of taraxacum.The flower color is yellow flower,the outer bract of the flower bud is lanceolate,the length of the flower bud is shorter than the leaf,and the correlation between the growth of the dandelion plant and the broad leaf is higher.It is a key factor affecting the yield of the aboveground part of dandelion.(3)There are many kinds of dandelions in Harbin,Qiqihar,Daqing and Suihua,and the resources are abundant.(4)Harbin,Qiqihar,Daqing,and Suihua have yellow dandelions,the outermost flower buds lanceolate dandelions,flower buds shorter than leaf dandelions,plants grow dandelion and broad-leaved dandelions,accounting for 70% of the total.Above,the dandelion yield in the west and south central part of Heilongjiang Province is high,suitable for dandelion growth and breeding.(5)Simple repeat sequence(SSR)can be applied to dandelion classification and achievegood results;SSR primers 118,119,148,160,532,640,644,135,549 can be used to group 536 wild dandelions in Heilongjiang Province.Divided into twenty-nine categories.(6)The twenty-sixth type of dandelion is produced in Harbin,and the other twenty-eight types of dandelion are not related to the place of origin.(7)Twenty-nine types of dandelions and phenotypes are consistent and regular.
