In 2020,the No.1 document of the Central Committee proposed the stabilization of grain production,and the output of grain production is closely related to the rational use of agricultural land.In addition,the current agricultural land in China has many problems such as lack of land,low utilization efficiency,and rough management modes,which greatly affect the development of agriculture.Therefore,evaluation and research on agricultural land use efficiency can not only ensure food security and stabilize food production,but also have a very important role in the development of the agricultural economy of the entire country.According to the concepts and theoretical studies related to agricultural land use efficiency,agricultural land is put into the agricultural production system to form a multi-input,multi-output production system to evaluate agricultural land use efficiency.From the perspective of input and output,10 indicators were selected to construct an index system for the evaluation of agricultural land use efficiency.Data envelopment analysis was used to analyze static and dynamic agricultural land use efficiency in China from 2009 to 2018.From the static analysis,it can be concluded that China 's agricultural land use efficiency was relatively high in the decade of 2009-2018,mainly due to the relatively high technical efficiency;and in this decade,only nine provinces,including Beijing and Shanghai,reached agricultural land use efficiency DEA is effective.Other provinces and cities have not achieved DEA effectiveness.Provinces and cities that have not reached DEA effectiveness are mainly due to low technical efficiency or low scale efficiency.In 2018,the average value of the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural land use in 31 provinces and cities in China was 0.876.Overall It seems that the comprehensive efficiency value is relatively high,and the comprehensive efficiency is relatively effective.From the dynamic analysis,it can be concluded that from 2009 to 2018,China's agricultural land use total factor productivity grew at an average annual rate of 1.4%,of which technological progress and technological efficiency contributed 1.3% and 0.1%,respectively.Technical progress is the main factor affecting agricultural land use total factor productivity.According to the above evaluation research,we can find that the technological efficiency value,scaleefficiency value and technological progress index affect the level of agricultural land use efficiency.We can promote technological progress by increasing agricultural science and technology support;strengthen human capital investment to improve technological efficiency;optimize the allocation of factors To improve the efficiency of scale;to speed up the transfer of agricultural land these suggestions to improve China's agricultural land use efficiency.
