| Due to the increase in serious population aging of society and the emergence of traffic accidents,a group of people have difficulty in lower limb movements and need to rest in bed.At the same time,they need to use rehabilitation aids for lower limb function recovery.A multifunctional lower limb rehabilitation bed is designed to meet the needs of lower limb rehabilitation for users with normal upper limbs and autonomous activity ability of lower limbs.The designed multifunctional lower limb rehabilitation bed actualizes both functions of bed and lower limb rehabilitation equipment,improves the rehabilitation effect,effectively avoids the injury caused by uncertainties of multi-scene conversion,reduces the rehabilitation pressure and expensive nursing cost of traditional doctors,and reduces the burden of family and society.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:1.Combined with user needs and pain points,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research on the nursing bed and lower limb rehabilitation design,this paper analyzes the current development and technology research and provides ideas for the design of this paper.2.According to the analysis of human motion,normal gait cycle,and parameters,the characteristics of human joint motion and muscle-bone are analyzed,and the main muscles of upper and lower limbs are selected to lay a theoretical foundation for the following.3.Through the analysis of the user flow map,combined with Brunnstrom’s theory of lower limb rehabilitation stage in Sweden,the user is identified as Brunnstrom’s middle stage(i.e.stage II,III,and IV),and the form of rehabilitation training adopts the combination of active and passive to assist rehabilitation.Based on the requirements of medical design specifications,the parameters and function configurations of multi-functional rehabilitation bed are refined,and the three-dimensional modelling is used to improve the usability and rigor of the product design.The position,velocity,and acceleration of the rehabilitation mechanism are calculated by adopting the analytical methods.The results demonstrates that the designed lower limb rehabilitation mechanism will not mutate in the process of movement,and the stability of the mechanism is theoretically verified.4.The human-machine rehabilitation simulation system is established by Any Body.The rationality of lower limb rehabilitation mechanism design is verified by analyzing human kinematics parameters.The effect of lower limb rehabilitation is obvious.And optimize the parameters of the lower limb rehabilitation mechanism,set the variables of the mechanism through the uniform experiment method,take the maximum muscle force as the evaluation index,analyze the data by regression analysis method,get the relationship between the relative position parameters of the lower limb rehabilitation mechanism and each muscle force,optimize the parameters,and put forward the guidance strategy of rehabilitation training for specific muscles,which is conducive to use The lower limbs recovered.5.Taking a subject as an example,s EMG signal test was used to adjust the relative position parameters between the subject and the experimental elliptical machine.The rationality of the guiding strategy of lower limb rehabilitation training was verified by comparing the muscle electrical signals of the optimized and the original coaches,analyzing the time domain diagram,and eigenvalues.It provides some theoretical guidance for lower limb rehabilitation training and the innovative design of rehabilitation equipment. |
