China's huge population base makes the problem of aging and Disability become increasingly serious social problems.Among them, the number of people with lower limb dysfunction is increasing due to human dysfunction,Serious diseases,work-related accidents and traffic accidents.Their daily travel and nursing has become a serious problem plaguing the whole society, and the personal transfer aid are particularly necessary for them.At present, there are many problems in the market of the personal transfer aid, such as lack of types, single function, low comfort of operation and lack of aesthetic sense of shape, which are far from meeting the functional and psychological needs of users. Therefore, this paper is based on ergonomics theory, aiming at the design of multi-functional transfer assistant device for lower limb dysfunction.Firstly, this paper investigates and studies the status quo of transfer assistant device at home and abroad, and analyses the physiological and psychological characteristics of users. On this basis,Kano model theory is used to design questionnaires and evaluate the results of questionnaires, and with the help of Berger's method of calculating "relative user satisfaction coefficient",the user's needs are carried out.Quantitative analysis confirms that the shifter designed in this paper needs to have such functions as convenient transfer, auxiliary standing, walking training, arm support, size adjustment, beautiful appearance, and so on,so as to provide more perfect information for product design.Secondly, through consulting the literature related to the measurement and correction of human body size, this paper chooses the human body size data with high reliability as the key size reference of the displacer. In addition, due to the use of the shifter, patients need to repeatedly grasp the handle with a larger grip.If the arm position is not appropriate when applying force,it will lead to muscle fatigue, wrist injury and hand discomfort. Therefore, this paper aims at the problem of human grip measurement experiment and subjective evaluation analysis of comfort. The experimental conclusions are used to guide the design of auxiliary standing structure of the transfer assistant device. It is concluded that in the design of the displacer structure and when the patient uses the displacer,it is recommended that the arm position of the patient be kept within the range of 0°?30°for shoulder flexion and 0°?30°for elbow flexion, and that the arm position of the patient should be avoided to be kept above 60°of shoulder flexion, accompanied by 900 of elbow flexion. Finally, the structure design of the multi-function transfer assistant device is carried out according to the determined product functional characteristics and experimental research conclusions. The design of auxiliary standing structure realizes that the patient's arm operation posture is maintained in a more comfortable position. The design of supporting leg opening and closing structure increases the stability of the shifter. The height of leg supporting plate can be adjusted to suit patients of different height. The detachable structure of foot pedal realizes the transfer task and rehabilitation training.By analyzing the selection of color and material, the design of product shape, color and material was carried out.Among them, the theme frame of transfer assistant device was selected as light and high strength aluminum alloy, leather and polypropylene plastics with stable chemical properties were selected as skin contact materials.A variety of color matching schemes meet the needs of different age groups.
