Research And Development Of Tax Control Information System Based On GIS

With the rapid development of urbanization,the land tax in cities and towns has become more and more complex.In order to effectively assist the tax departments in tax collection and land conservation,this paper,based on the powerful map visualization,management and analysis functions of GIS,integrates the land information data and tax source data,and conducts diversified analysis on the distribution of tax sources and land management on the map.Through the construction of tax cadastral model,the cadastral data and tax source information in the land information are integrated into a database.On the basis of the land tax control database,the development of the land tax control information system is carried out to realize the tax management with the land as the unit,help the government manage the urban land tax efficiently and achieve the effect of land tax control and land tax saving.In this paper,the existing tax information system research,after analysis and comparison,summed up its status and characteristics.In view of the shortcomings of the existing tax information system,the system is based on eclipse software platform,MySQL database,ArcGIS software platform,and LPDM cadastral data model to build cadastral data model in line with the current situation in China.Based on this model,the cadastral data and tax source information in the land parcel information are integrated into a database.The overall design of the backstage adopts micro service architecture,springboot,Vue as the front-end architecture,restful design style as the front-end call,MD5 as the encryption for the storage and transmission of key data,and finally realizes the local tax control information system,which can help the staff of the tax department to comprehensively monitor the city tax,carry out land management and tax source monitoring.This paper mainly does the following work:(1)Based on the land plot data model(LPDM),combined with China's policy and legal status,the tax cadastral model is constructed.(2)Completed the construction of the land control tax database,and realized the integration of cadastral spatial data in the land information and tax source data of the tax department into a database through the tax cadastral model.(3)The backstage adopts micro service architecture,springboot,front-end architecture adopts Vue,front-end and back-end call design style based on restful,MD5 is used for encryption of key data storage and transmission,system integration,and network geographic information system applied to tax work is constructed(4)Design and implement the local tax control information system,complete data management,comparative verification,early warning monitoring,performance evaluation,query and statistical analysis functions.Through consulting literature and using other relevant tax information systems,this study has understood the application status at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of the tax department,developed the function of the local control tax information system,which can better meet the needs of tax collection and payment.In the future,we hope to expand the GIS application and tax work better,connect the system to the mobile terminals of taxpayers,and truly realize "Internet plus government affairs",which is convenient for taxpayers to pay taxes,and at the same time,it is also convenient for the staff of the tax department to improve their work efficiency.
