The Construction And Practice Of The Spatial Data Management Model Of Urban And Rural Integrative Of The Modern Cadastral

In this paper, the existing management mode of Cadastral Management is reviewed. Then it presents an Urban and Rural Modern Cadastral Spatial Data Management model with allusion to the actual demands and the existing problems of cadastral on the base of comprehensive comparison and analysis of the Urban Cadastral Management Model and the Rural Cadastral Management Model.After analyzing the similarities and differences of the cadastral objects between the two model, urban cadastral management model and rural cadastral management model, this dissertation abstracts a urban and rural spatial data management model object, and unifies the basic description unit and basic data organized unit database of the smallest urban and rural spatial data management model object. Based on these, the paper presents the concepts of "general block" and "general land parcel" to present the urban and rural integrative cadastral management model of the spatial data.This paper takes the examples of the urban and rural modern cadastral management information system of Lianyunggang, Jiangyin and Yixin to construct the urban and rural cadastral spatial data management model. And based on the model, it discusses the design of the urban and rural integrative cadastral database.The innovation of this paper can be explicated as follows:Firstly, we compare the coherence and difference of the Urban Cadastral Management Information System and the Rural Cadastral Management Information System and the disagreement between the two systems with the actual demand. At the same time, we point out that it is of far-reaching significance to construct the urban and rural cadastral spatial data management model;Secondly, based lacks of the urban and rural disjunctive cadastral model, and the spatial concepts of cadastral feature, this paper abstracts the urban and rural cadastral objects and discusses the relationship among them. Based on them, the paper points out the concepts of "general block" and "general land parcel" to presents the urban and rural integrative cadastral spatial data management model;Finally, we apply the urban and rural cadastral spatial data management model to realize daily cadastral work and to solve the problems of modify.
