In recent years,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee has proposed to pay attention to the construction of agricultural supporting facilities,to protect the land for agricultural supporting facilities,and fully demonstrates that improving agricultural productivity is the key to doing a good job in agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2019 re-emphasized the priority of developing agriculture,strengthening support for agricultural facilities land,ensuring the construction of various supporting facilities for agriculture,and improving the efficiency of agricultural production.At the same time,China is in the period of rural collective construction land entering the market reform,and the replacement of land into the market by different places will cause the ?land? elements to flow in a substantive interval,change the land structure of the original agricultural facilities,and directly affect the construction of agricultural supporting facilities.Based on the reality,the reform of agricultural supply side must optimize the allocation of agricultural land resources,in order to promote the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity,and the current relevant research is obviously weak.In view of this,this paper attempts to explore and research.The basic idea of thesis writing: The first part is the relevant theoretical basis and concept definition.Based on the Marxist political economic rent theory,the agricultural supply-side structural reform theory,the new urban-rural relationship theory,and the western economics total factor productivity theory and soil location theory,this paper explore the theoretical basis of agricultural facilities land to promote the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity.And this part defines the core concept of this article "agricultural facilities land" and "agricultural total factor productivity." The second part is the mechanism analysis of the impact of agricultural facility land on agricultural total factor productivity.At the same time,this paper analyzes the changes of agricultural total factor productivity and agricultural facilities land in China from a macro perspective.It includes: the DEA-Malmquist method is used to empirically measure the agricultural total factor productivity of China in 2008-2016,and analyze its changes and sources of growth;the analysis of changes in the area structure and internal proportion of agricultural facilities land.The third part is empirical analysis.This paper uses panel data model and panel quantile regression model to empirically analyze the impact of agricultural facility land on agricultural total factor productivity.Through the panel data model study,it is found that productivity effect of the agricultural facility land structure and the disaster rate are significantly negative,and the productivity effects of the scale of facility agricultural land,per capita mechanization intensity,farmland management scale,and financial support for agriculture are significantly positive.However,there are differences in the impact of various indicators on agricultural total factor productivity at different quantile levels of the distribution of agricultural total factor productivity.The scale of facility agricultural land and the per capita mechanization intensity have a significant positive effect on the agricultural total factor productivity of most provinces(especially high-level areas).The scale of farmland management has a significant role in promoting relatively high-level areas(on the 0.8 quantile level).Financial support for agriculture has a significant role in promoting relatively low-level areas(on the 0.3 quantile level).The agricultural facility land structure has a negative impact on high-level areas(on the 0.9 quantile level).The disaster rate has a strong inhibitory effect on most provinces.The fourth part is related policy recommendations.In view of the empirical results,this paper proposes targeted policy recommendations from three aspects: optimizing the land structure of agricultural facilities;ensuring and attaching importance to the investment of facility agricultural land;and improving the utilization efficiency of agricultural infrastructure land,in order to optimize the allocation of rural land resources and promote the improvement of China's agricultural total factor productivity.
