Agriculture is a basic industry that supports the construction and development of the national economy and an important industry that affects the national strategy.Since the 21 st century, under the rigid constraints of resources and environment,China's agriculture has seized the opportunity of transformation and development, clarified the path of sustainable development, sought the momentum of stable development, and strived to improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth. Then, the level of cognition and accurate measurement of the sustainable growth factors of China's agriculture is the premise and basis for clarifying the current state of China's agricultural development and further research and reform, and accurately obtain the influencing variables of agricultural sustainable growth factors and Its quantitative analysis is an important path to advance the reform process in order to enter the healthy and healthy development of agriculture at an early date. Therefore,it has very important significance to measure and decompose the total factor productivity of China's agricultural sustainable growth factors and the influencing factors.Agricultural total factor productivity is a measure of agricultural growth in addition to all observable input factors. The improvement of agricultural total factor productivity is not only an urgent need for the transformation of agricultural growth mode, but also the key to China's transition from a large agricultural country to a strong agricultural country.Where.DEA and SFA based on production frontier are the mainstream methods for measuring total factor productivity today. After extensively drawing on previous research results, this paper uses the most rapid and standardized DEA-Malmquist index method in the world to measure the total factor productivity and its rate of change in 2001-2016,and decompose it into technological progress(TECHCH).The three parts of pure technical efficiency(PECH)and scale efficiency(SECH)were analyzed in depth, and the accuracy of the obtained results was further tested using the SFA method.According to the classification of the eight economic zones in the northeastern region, the northern coastal zone, the eastern coastal zone, the southern coastal zone, the middle reaches of the Yellow River, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, the southwestern region and the northwestern region, the regional differences in agricultural total factor productivity were examined.Considering that financial development has an increasingly important influence in China's economic growth, this paper introduces the rural financial development level as an important variable in the study of the factors affecting agricultural total factor productivity, and uses the individual fixed effect in the static panel model. The model deeply studied the contribution of the continuous improvement of rural finance to the total factor productivity of agriculture in 2008-2016.Combined with the three variables of openness, industrial structure and resilience, the paper comprehensively analyzed the factors affecting the change of total factor productivity in China. The results of this paper show that, firstly, there are obvious fluctuation characteristics of agricultural total factor productivity in China, and there are obvious regional differences. This regional difference is mainly caused by the difference in technological progress. At present, regional differences do not show obvious convergence characteristics,so this situation will continue.Second, areas with high agricultural total factor productivity usually have faster technological progress, but most of them are accompanied by a decline in the efficiency of agricultural technology, indicating that agricultural technological progress and agricultural technology efficiency losses coexist. Therefore, improving the level of agricultural technology efficiency is a potential task for China to improve the total factor productivity of agriculture.Third, the level of rural financial development, and opening up to the outside world, the industrial structure and the ability to resist disasters have all had a significant impact on the total factor productivity of agriculture.Rural financial level plays a role in rural total factor productivity.Rural financial development efficiency has a positive effect on total factor productivity, while rural financial development scale has a weaker reverse effect on total factor productivity development. In the end, this paper systematically summarizes the regional differences in agricultural total factor productivity and the research results of influencing factors, and deepens reform and opening up,encourages agricultural science and technology innovation, improves rural financial service system, improves infrastructure and improves resilience. Some aspects put forward feasible policy recommendations.
