Porous Silicon is a porous new soil improver made by the Japanese bird song university using waste glass and shell powder.It is chemically stable,non-toxic and non-polluting.Its excellent performance can reduce soil hardness and improve soil permeability.Water and fertilizer.The purpose of this study is to improve the viscous soil of kiwifruit garden in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province by using the superior properties of silicon pumice.In this experiment,the silicon pumice P03 and P310 with different particle sizes were studied in different experiments.After blending with the soil of kiwifruit in 0~60cm soil layer,the improvement of soil viscosity and the effect on the yield and quality of kiwifruit were studied from the aspects of soil physical and chemical properties,root growth and soil microbial community characteristics.The main findings are as:(1)In terms of soil physical and chemical properties:Soil water content: treatment V,soil blending 10% P03 water content in 0~20 cm,20~40 cm,40~60 cm different soil layers,from July to October kiwifruit growth in different seasons compared with the control increased by 6.2%,5.7%,5.5%,6.0%;2.3%,2.3%,2.4%,2.4%;3.7%,4.3%,3.8%,2.4%.Treatment II,soil blending 20% P310 increased by 5.6%,5.2%,5.3%,and 6.6% in the different seasons of kiwifruit from July to October,respectively;3.7%,2.5%,2.2%,2.4%;2.3%,2.2 %,2.2%,2.4%.The nutrient contents of total nitrogen,alkali nitrogen,available potassium,available phosphorus and organic matter have also increased correspondingly,especially in the treatment of V,ie soil blending 10% P03 and treatment II,ie soil blending 20% P310.The total nitrogen was increased by 6.7% and 7.1% compared with the control;the alkali nitrogen was increased by 16.9% and 14.8% compared with the control;the available potassium was increased by 15.7% and 15.9% compared with the control;the available phosphorus was increased by 17.3% and 18.1% compared with the control;Compared with the control,it increased by 24.3% and 20.1%.(2)In terms of anti-caking and increasing gas permeability: Another excellent property of silicon pumice is to reduce soil hardness and improve soil permeability.Among them,the treatment of V,that is,soil blending 10% P03 was the best,and the soil hardness was significantly lower than that of the control.The soil hardness of 0~20 cm,20~40 cm and 40~60 cm soil layers decreased by 10.2%,16.8% and 14.7% respectively;Treatment II is soil blending 20% P310 followed.In terms of saturated hydraulic conductivity,treatment II,ie soil blending 20% P310,treatment III,soil blending 40% P310,and treatment V,ie soil blending 10% P03 saturated hydraulic conductivity,were significant,reaching 0.048 mm/min respectively.0.104 mm/min and 0.076 mm/min,which were 29.7%,180%,and 110% higher than the control,respectively.Treatment III,ie soil blending 40% P310 and treatment V,ie soil blending 10% P03,had a greater degree of soil shrinkage under centrifugal force,which was 14.1% and 9.2% higher than the control,respectively.Relatively loose and breathable.In the reduction of clay(<0.002 mm)content to improve the permeability of water: especially in the treatment of II,soil blending 20% P310 0~30 cm layer,treatment V,soil blending 10% P03 0~30 cm layer,treatment VI soil The blending of 20% P03 0~30 cm layer is more significant,the content of clay(<0.002 mm)is 1.92%,1.8%,1.61%,respectively,0.88%,1.0%,1.19% lower than the control,visible silicon pumice pair It has a certain effect on improving soil permeability and reducing the knot hardness.(3)In terms of microbial community characteristics: Biolog-ECO microplate method was used to detect the ability of different soil microbes to utilize a single carbon source: treatment V,soil blending 10% P03> treatment II,soil blending 20% P310> rest treatment = Control;treatment of V,soil blending 10% P03 and treatment II,soil blending 20% P310,soil Shannon index and McIntosh index were slightly higher than other treatments(P <0.05);the same treatment V,soil blending 10 %P03 and treatment II,ie soil blending 20% P310,treated soil microorganisms were also the most utilized for sugar,amino acid and carboxylic acid carbon sources.(4)In terms of yield and fruit quality: treatment II,soil blending 20% P310 and treatment V,ie soil blending 10%,P03 yield increased significantly,respectively,increased by 20.8%,37.9% compared with the control,and treatment V,soil blending 10% The commodity rate of P03 reached 93.48%.Treatment V,soil blending 10% P03 and treatment II,ie soil blending 20% P310,increased the total sugar by 3.9% and 8.3%,respectively,and the ratio of sugar to acid increased by 7.7% and 9.4%,respectively.It was 0.82% and 1.67% higher than the control.It can be seen that the rational application of silicon pumice is beneficial to increase fruit yield and improve fruit firmness,total sugar,sugar to acid ratio and Vc.(5)Correlation analysis also showed a significant correlation between soil nutrient contents.At the same time,there is also a significant correlation between nutrient content and various indicators of microbial functional diversity.The final nutrient content and microbial functional diversity were significantly correlated with kiwifruit yield and quality.It is indicated that silicon pumice can increase soil nutrient content and improve soil microbial environment,and further improve kiwifruit yield,commodity rate and quality,and have a significant correlation.It can be seen that treatment II,ie soil blending 20% P310 and treatment V,ie soil blending 10% P03,has the best effect on improving soil physical and chemical properties,increasing soil permeability of sticky soil and improving microbial community characteristics,and can obviously improve adhesion.The physical and chemical properties of heavy soil and land output.This provides new ways and means for the improvement of viscous soil and the increase of kiwifruit production.
