The soil environment of mining area is seriously damaged under the severe human disturbance, and soil remediation has become a hot topic in the field of ecological environment. However,Robinia pseudoacacia is drought and barren resistant, and has strong adaptability, and often participates in soil restoration projects as pioneer species. In this study, soil of the dump field of Antaibao open-pit coal mine in Shuozhou City,Shanxi Province was selected as the research sample, and eight kinds of reclamation modes were studied, including single locust,Robinia pseudoacacia × Pinus tabulaeformis,Robinia pseudoacacia × Caragana,Robinia pseudoacacia × seabuckthorn,Robinia pseudoacacia × Pinus tabulaeformis × Caragana,Robinia pseudoacacia × Pinus tabulaeformis × seabuckthorn,Robinia pseudoacacia × Caragana ×seabuckthorn and Robinia pseudoacacia × Pinus tabulaeformis × Caragana ×seabuckthorn. The paper discusses the species composition and diversity of aboveground plants under different reclamation modes, the influence of different reclamation modes on soil physical and chemical properties and soil microbial structure and diversity,in order to select the suitable reclamation mode for soil restoration in mining area, and provide some reference for the study of the relationship between vegetation, soil and microorganism. The results are as follows:(1)The species composition of aboveground plants in different reclamation patterns was different, which indicated that the differences of reclamation patterns would affect the growth and development of aboveground plants to a certain extent. The species composition of Robinia pseudoacacia ×Pinus tabulaeformis × Hippophae rhamnoides was more abundant than that of Robinia pseudoacacia.Robinia pseudoacacia and Gramineae are the dominant species in arbor shrub layer and herb layer in different reclamation patterns. The results showed that the species diversity of Robinia pseudoacacia × Pinus tabulaeformis × Hippophae rhamnoides reclamation model was higher than that of Robinia pseudoacacia single reclamation model, and the distribution was more uniform.(2)Different reclamation patterns affect soil quality to a certain extent. The results showed that the soil p H was the lowest and the contents of total nitrogen, organic matter and available potassium were higher in Robinia pseudoacacia × Pinus tabulaeformis × Hippophae rhamnoides reclamation model, which proved that this model was more conducive to the improvement of soil quality than other models. There was a certain relationship between the soil physical and chemical properties of different reclamation modes, soil p H was negatively correlated with other physical and chemical indexes except available phosphorus, total nitrogen was positively correlated with other indexes except p H,and soil organic matter was significantly positively correlated with available potassium. The species diversity index of arbor shrub layer and herb layer was positively correlated with soil organic matter and available potassium under different reclamation modes, and organic matter and total nitrogen had the greatest impact on the species diversity of arbor shrub layer and herb layer respectively, while the plant diversity and soil total nitrogen, organic matter and available potassium content were higher under Robinia pseudoacacia × Pinus tabulaeformis × Hippophae rhamnoides reclamation mode, which further proved that this mode was feasible It was better in the process of soil remediation.(3)Different reclamation patterns have certain effects on soil microbial structure and diversity. The dominant classes of soil bacteria in the eight models were Proteus, actinomycetes and acidobacteria. The dominant classes included actinomycetes,?-Proteus and ?-proteus.The relative abundance values were different in different reclamation models, and the values were higher in Robinia pseudoacacia × Pinus tabulaeformis × Hippophae rhamnoides. The dominant phyla of soil fungal community were Ascomycota,Mycota and Basidiomycota, and the dominant phyla included faecalis,Discomycetes and Cladocera. The relative abundance values of soil fungi in phyla and phyla were different under different reclamation modes.According to the results of a diversity analysis,Robinia pseudoacacia × Pinus tabulaeformis × Hippophae rhamnoides had the best effect on improving the diversity of soil bacterial community, and Robinia pseudoacacia × Caragana korshinskii had the most obvious effect on improving the diversity of soil fungal community. The results of ? diversity analysis showed that the similarity of single reclamation mode of Robinia pseudoacacia × Pinus tabulaeformis × Hippophae rhamnoides was low,and the former changed soil microbial diversity more.RDA redundancy analysis showed that there was a certain correlation between soil microbial dominant categories and soil physical and chemical properties.Soil organic matter, available potassium and p H had a greater impact on soil bacterial community, while total nitrogen, available phosphorus and p H had a significant impact on soil fungal community.
