Study On Investment Efficiency Of Environmental Pollution Control In Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei

With the deepening of industrialization and the progress of modernization in China,the environmental problems caused by economic development have become increasingly serious.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the core region of our country,and is also a key area with serious pollution and governance.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is continuously increasing investment in environmental pollution control,while managing environmental pollution,the efficiency of investment in environmental pollution has also aroused widespread concern among experts,scholars and management authorities.Firstly,this paper analyzes the status quo of investment in environmental pollution control in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,then through the establishment of EBM super efficiency model,this paper systematically analyzes the investment efficiency of environmental governance in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results indicate that the efficiency of environmental pollution control investment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was decreasing year by year,on the whole the pure technical efficiency is not high,and the scale efficiency has continued declining,the scale of income is generally on the decline,only Beijing in 2011 has the increasing trend,the main reason for the low efficiency of environmental pollution control investment in is the input redundancy and output deficiency,in order to achieve the effective frontier,the structure of input and output should be adjusted to convert the input redundancy into effective investment,improve the investment structure and improve the technical level,reduce the output shortage rate.On the affecting factors of efficiency of environmental pollution control investment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this article analyzes the impact on investment efficiency of environmental pollution control in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the aspects of scientific and technological level,the level of fund management,environmental policy and development level of the environmental protection industry.Finally,on the basis of conclusions,it makes some policy suggestions to improve the investment efficiency of environmental pollution control in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
