An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Industrial Environmental Efficiency In China

Since the late 1970 s,industrial economy has played a key role in China's economic growth.However,in the early stage of reform and opening up,the excessive pursuit of economic growth and the single result orientation of industrial GDP led to a huge pressure on the environment caused by the high energy consumption and extensive industrial development model,and the resource dependent industrial development model also caused a great degree of damage to the environment.Therefore,the economic growth model needs to be transformed into a more scientific,sustainable and high-quality development model.Based on the research results of industrial environmental efficiency theory,new economic sociology theory,embeddedness theory and multi-level statistical model,this paper constructs the theoretical model of China's industrial environmental efficiency from the perspective of social embeddedness by summarizing and summarizing,trying to find out the influencing factors and paths of industrial environmental efficiency,hoping to explore the relationship between industrial economy and multi-level statistical model The model of environmental protection and development can provide relevant policies and suggestions for China to improve industrial environmental efficiency.This paper mainly includes four parts:(1)Based on the analysis of social embeddedness of industrial environmental efficiency,a theoretical model of influencing factors of industrial environmental efficiency from embeddedness perspective is constructed by using multi-level statistical model;(2)Based on the industrial input-output data of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 1998 to 2016,the industrial environmental efficiency is calculated by using the EBM model with unexpected output in the data envelopment analysis method,and the measurement results are analyzed briefly;(3)Based on the panel data of the influencing factors of industrial environmental efficiency in 19 years in China,this paper uses the theoretical model of the influencing factors of industrial environmental efficiency from the perspective of embeddedness,and empirically analyzes the influence degree and path of the influencing factors on the industrial environmental efficiency.The results show that:(1)there are significant differences in the efficiency level of industrial environment operation among the provinces,of which 89.88% are caused by the social embeddedness of the characteristics of each province;(2)industrial technological innovation,per capita GDP,population density,proportion of heavy industry and political embeddedness have a significant direct impact on industrial environmental efficiency;(3)cultural embeddedness has a significant indirect impact on industrial environmental efficiency;(4)structural embeddedness,relationship Embeddedness and cognitive embeddedness have both a significant direct impact and a significant indirect impact;(5)empirical results can further show that industrial environmental efficiency is not only related to economic factors It is also related to social factors.Scientific,sustainable and high-quality development model is one of the objectives of deepening the reform in an all-round way.Therefore,in the process of deepening the reform of industrial development model,we need to take into account the influence of social factors and economic factors.(4)Based on the empirical results,some policy suggestions are put forward.
