Studies On The User Experience Of Travel APP For The Elderly Based On Fuzzy Theory

The improvement of people’s living standards promotes the development of spiritual and cultural industry.People focus on tourism,sightseeing,entertainment and other aspects,leading to the continuous development of tourism market.People can not only obtain travel information through the network,but also query,scheduled for travel information through the Internet and smart terminal.It is a subject of concern for researchers in related fields to know how to get a better user experience when users operate the the smart terminal.Based on the user experience,the fuzzy theory and the relevant theory the paper carry on investigation of the physiological and psychological behavior of the elderly travel.To study on the user experience of travel APP in the elderly and make quantitative analysis on the user satisfaction,the paper put forward user experience metrics based on fuzzy theory.In the process of analyzing the user satisfaction of travel APP for the elderly,the first step is to analysis and summary a variety of APP investigated.Then the paper compares the four typical APP related to the subject.Precedence relation matrix and fuzzy consistent matrix are established according to professional evaluating.And then the weights of each influencing factor of the four APP can be calculated based on the formula of fuzzy theory.Finally the user experience of four APP can be analyzed according to the weights.Through the data collection and data analysis among all the factors affecting the user experience of travel APP for the elderly,a hierarchical index system and measurement model are established based on the importance of multiple influencing factors of the user experience.Weight calculation and data analysis are carried out on the measurement model.The influence of evaluation of importance ranking on user satisfaction of travel APP for the elderly is obtained.According to weights order of each influencing factor(largest to smallest),the index of the sub target layer ranking in the post is optimized in turn,and then the evaluation and test are carried out until the index of the sub target layer of APP is optimal.Through iterative optimization of the user experience and the optimization of the user evaluation test,this method can provide better services for the elderly.It is hoped that the research can provide some basic theoretical and practical guidance for iterative optimization of user experience of the similar APP.
