In the actual process of oil spill emergency disposal,there is a thin layer of oil film left on the water after adsorption by sorbent mat.This paper take the trace oil pollution in flowing water system as object,study on adsorption removel of trace oil pollution by activated carbon in both theoretical analyses and experimental researches.First,balance the technical standard and build an evaluation system of activated carbon adsorption performance with a practical application.Selected density,specific surface area,pore size distribution index.Add new indexes include oil absorption rate,bibulous rate,oil retention rate of gravity,oil absorption speed and filtration adsorption of trace oil pollution.Design device and establish experimental methods for the new indexes.Use the AHP method to quantify the evaluation system,use the expert judgement method for weight calculation and assign points.Finally,form the results of the evaluation index weights and evaluation index score table.Second,collect coal-based,wood-based,coconut shell-based and composite activated carbon in different particle forms for experiments.Use weights and assign points comprehensive evaluation method for the optimization.The score of coconut shell-based activated carbon and bamboo charcoal composite activated carbon are high and suitable for the treatment of trace oil.Finally,study the adsorption feasibility of two kinds of activated carbon above from the thermodynamics.Study the effect of various experimental factors on the adsorption process from the dynamics.The results show that the coconut shell-based activated carbon used in experiments on the oil go well with Langmuir adsorption isotherm,and the maximum adsorption capacity is 488.70 mg/g.Carry out experiments by taking concentration,additive amount of activated carbon and rotation rate as variable quantity.The results show that mass transfer driving force and liquid membrane mass transfer resistance impact on adsorption rate without affecting the adsorption equilibrium time.Then the adsorption dynamics is measured under different inlet concentration and flow rate by fixed bed model.The higher the inlet concentration is,the shorter the adsorption time is.While the inlet flow rate increases,the mass transfer zone moves faster.Therefore,when the water flow rate is faster,the water quality of the treated water is high,it is necessary to increase the adsorption thickness and replace the adsorption material in time.
