The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)proposed by American operations researcher Saaty for solving complex evaluation and decision-making problems with hierarchical structure has been widely used by scholars at home and abroad in many fields because of its relatively simple and highly practical.However,due to the fact that in the evaluation of decision-making schemes,the AHP will give different advantages and disadvantages to other schemes after the scheme is added or reduced,and there are problems such as reverse order.AHP is also continuously subject to many scholars' correctness.Academic questioning.Based on AHP's original distributed analysis mode(Satributive Mode),Saaty proposed Absolute Mode,Ideal Mode and Supermatrix Mode,but there is no method core.The above problems are solved due to lack of ratio comparison benchmark,ambiguous weight connotation or unsuccessful scheme evaluation.AHP's judgment mode on the single-layer sorting weight,that is,the relative upper-level system element is used to compare the relative importance of the lower-level elements with the ratio(first to the language description and then the ratio of the language description).Many scholars It is considered that an experienced decision maker is also difficult to achieve due to the lack of a benchmark "0" point comparison.Even if the decision maker gives the relevant judgment,the single-layer ranking weight is ambiguous in connotation.In view of the above problems of AHP,the thesis mainly studies the theoretical methods from the influence mechanism of target reference scheme selection,target-oriented multi-reference point attribute value model and method,and Targets-oriented hierarchical analysis method construction.In the research on the influence mechanism of target reference scheme selection,the paper further develops and develops based on the reference point concept of foreground theory.In the multi-attribute evaluation process,the concept of reference set and target reference scheme is proposed for the first time,and the influencing factors of target reference set selection are carried out.The analysis of the system is followed by the interaction mechanism and conceptual model that influence the selection of the target reference scheme to form the target reference scheme.Finally,the mechanism of environmental factors,individual factors and social factors affecting the selection of the target reference scheme is carried out.Empirical Research.The research results show that the compensation and security under the work arrangement in the environmental factors have a positive impact on the target reference scheme of choosing oneself,selecting others and selecting the system.The influence of individual factors on the choice of target reference scheme is not significant,society The degree of self-esteem and the level of ambition in the factors have a positive impact on the choice of the target and the choice of others,and the impact on the selection system is not significant.In the research of Target-oriented model and approach for attribute value evaluation with multiple reference points,the thesis first develops the preference intensity description framework adopted by the Targets-oriented value theory(TOUVT)by introducing the competitive games(CG)and CG preference scores(CGPSs),a new normative attribute value function based on TOUVT and the game-preference comparison,shorted as NAVF-T-GPC is thus presented.Comparing the new normative value function,and then based on the behavioral law explained by the Range-Frequency-RF model,a stipulated goal that can balance both the normative decision-making framework and the descriptive decision-making framework is given.Simulation analysis and application comparison show that the presented approach can be widely applied to real-world decisions and has advantages in reasonably evaluating attribute values over the current subjective method based on equally-spaced value judgments.In the construction of Targets-oriented analytic hierarchy process,firstly,based on the judgment mode of swing weighting(SW)and on the approach to measuring commensurable satisfaction values(CSV)of attribute performances in a MADM,a prescriptive approach to measuring attribute-performances' CSVs in a MADM,called the prescriptive CSV approach,is presented to support the SW judgments on non-specific attributes in a multi-attribute hierarchy.The multi-attribute decision-making attribute value publicity method is given,and the definition and theorem of the support-oriented Targets-oriented analytic hierarchy process are given.a new approach to alternative evaluations/decisions with a multi-attribute hierarchy,called targets-oriented AHP(ToAHP),is presented.A case study shows that,on comparable conditions of input information,ToAHP is greatly superior to SUP-AHP,which is the most believable one among the four specific formats of AHP.For the mentioned-above reasons,ToANP can be considered as a better substitute of AHP when AHP is required to solve real-world complex decisions.In the case application and comparative analysis of the Targets-oriented analytic hierarchy process,the traditional model AHP and ToAHP are used for the selection of a special warfare team member of the armed police,and the basic skills of the soldier include the ultimate physical fitness,basic skills and theoretical common sense.The hierarchical structure model of eleven specific attributes was evaluated.The external calibration was used to verify that the evaluation results of ToAHP were more scientific and reasonable than the evaluation results of AHP.The main innovations of the paper are reflected in the following three aspects:Firstly,two concepts of competitive games(CG)and CG preference scores(CGPSs)are incorporated with the target-oriented utility/value theory(TOUVT),by which a new normative attribute value function based on TOUVT and the game-preference comparison,shorted as NAVF-T-GPC,is thus presented.Based on NAVF-T-GPC and the range-frequency(R-F)model,a prescriptive linear programming(PLP)model as well as its corresponding appraisal approach,considered as a merge of normative decision-making with descriptive decision-making,is built for directly aiding decision makers with MRPs to evaluate attribute values.They are theoretical method innovations for multi-attribute decision-making theory.Secondly,in order to develop AHP,based on the judgment mode of swing weighting(SW)and on the approach to measuring commensurable satisfaction values(CSV)of attribute performances in a MADM,a prescriptive approach called the prescriptive CSV approach is presented.Then a new approach to alternative evaluations/decisions with a multi-attribute hierarchy,called targets-oriented AHP(ToAHP)is presented.It is significant method innovation that to overcome the drawbacks of traditional AHP such as shortness of scientific rationality for lack of the reference-point of ratio comparisons,unclearness in the weights' meaning,and incapability of keeping alternative-evaluation ranking unchanged when an alternative is deleted from or a new alternative is added to the alternative set.Thirdly,the concept of reference point of existing prospect theory is further innovated.In the process of multi-attribute evaluation,the paper puts forward the concept of reference set and target reference scheme for the first time,and analyzes the influencing factors of target reference set selection.The conceptual model affecting the selection of the target reference scheme and the empirical research,the reference set and the target reference scheme proposed and research are obvious theoretical innovations to the reference point of the existing prospect theory.
