Research On Evolution Of Innovative Clusters Of Emerging Industries Of Strategic Importance Based On Complex Network

Emerging industries of strategic importance are a combination of depth of emerging industries and emerging technologies,which reflect the trend of current world development of knowledge economy,circular economy and low-carbon economy.Strategical emerging industries clusters have become the primary choice for knowledge creation and technological innovation of countries in the world.Compared with the world's major developed countries,the development of emerging industries of strategic importance in our country starts relatively late,so many industries are all in large-scale but weak-strength,agglomerated but less-communication state,which severely restricts the healthy and sustainable development of emerging industries of strategic importance in our country.In recent years,all provinces and cities in our country have emerged a large number of industrial technology research institute and high technology industries park on the basis of learning and drawing lessons from advanced thought and idea of industry development in developed countries.As a new research and development institution and a new industrial park,both are important carriers to support the development of strategic emerging industries,and undertake important links that colleges and universities do not wish to do and do not do,which can quickly and efficiently make a breakthrough for key technology and generic technology through cooperative mode of cluster networks and advance technology industrialization.However,the new research institute and new park in our country is still in the stage of development and exploration,with problems such as vague positioning,poor knowledge exchange and inadequate management mode.In this paper,firstly,evolution laws of strategical emerging industries clusters are analyzed and stage characteristics of strategical emerging industries clusters are quantitatively described through logistic model.Secondly,logistic model is optimized through non-homogeneous passion process,combining with scale-free network model,the degree of knowledge flow in clusters network for different stages of development of strategical emerging industries clusters are analyzed in theory and simulation.Issue that how mechanism of exit and compensation of firms which exists in industry evolution influence knowledge flow in clusters network are discussed.Finally,through the analysis of the actual data of industrial clusters,such as Boeing and Airbus,the advantages and disadvantages are found,and the conclusions are drawn.
