With the intensification of competition among enterprises,it is difficult for any e nterprise to achieve sustained success by its own strength. To win the competition an d maintain the competitive advantage for a long time, enterprises must cooperate clos ely with the upstream and downstream enterprises to achieve mutual benefit and winwin. The competition between traditional enterprises has developed into the competiti on between supply chain and supply chain dominated by core enterprises. In recent y ears, with the phenomenon of product homogeneity in the market becoming more an d more serious, the price difference of homogeneous products is becoming smaller an d smaller.Price advantage is no longer the main way for enterprises to win in the fi erce market for a long time alone. Therefore,if enterprises want to stand out in the fierce market, they must provide better services than other enterprises.More and mor e customers are buying products.More and more attention is paid to whether they c an enjoy high quality service. The supply chain can win the market only if it provid es higher quality services than its competitors and at the same time produces the rig ht price. Therefore, considering service competition while price competition is an una voidable problem in any supply chain. On the basis of previous studies on price competition among secondary supply c hains, this paper studies price competition among tertiary supply chains. For three ent erprises in a supply chain,Stackelberg game can be used to obtain four decision-mak ing forms: supplier, manufacturer and retailer centralized decision-making;Centralized decision-making with manufacturer, decentralized decision-making of manufacturer and retailer, decentralized decision-making of supplier and manufacturer, centralized decisi on-making of manufacturer and retailer, decentralized decision-making of supplier,ma nufacturer and retailer. Then ten game models between chains are constructed, and th e equilibrium solution of supply chain under price competition is obtained, and the r eason of low price competition is analyzed. On this basis, the game model of supply chain under service competition and price competition is established, and the influen ce of service competition on price differentiation and supply chain benefit is analyze d.By comparing the equilibrium solutions of supply chain under price competition before and after entering service competition in ten decision-making forms of supply chain, the following results are obtained: the equilibrium solutions of supply chain aft er joining service competition are all larger than those of supply chain only engaging in price competition, which shows that product differentiation can be increased, prod uct competitiveness can be improved and supply chain can be increased by means of service value-added.Benefits.At the same time,it is found that when the supply c hain increases its own differentiation through value-added services, the supply chain t wo does not compete for services, and the degree of product differentiation is certain, when the supply chain two choices decentralized decision-making,the differentiation efficiency of supply chain one is the greatest and the income value-added is the grea test;when the supply chain two choices centralized decision-making,the differentiatio n efficiency of supply chain one is the smallest and the income value-added is the s mallest; When the two choices of supply chain are mixed decision-making,the differ ential efficiency of supply chain one is in the middle, and the profit increment is in the middle.
