Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry,national tourism has become the trend of the times,and the number of travel agencies has begun to flourish everywhere.The quality of tourism practitioners varies from place to place throughout the country.If travel agencies want to occupy a larger market share in the fierce market competition,the first problem is to solve the problem of human resources quality.High-quality tourism talents can not only bring good reputation to travel agencies,but also win more new and old customers.This study takes Henan Province China Travel as the research object,through the study of the travel agency,in order to provide more theoretical support and practical guidance for the quality of human resources for the tourism industry.Based on the relevant theories of human resources quality,this study comprehensively uses human capital theory,competency theory and questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of human resources quality of Henan China Travel,find out the existing problems,find out the reasons that affect the improvement of human resources quality,and then provide human resources for Henan China Travel.The strategy of improving the quality of resources is put forward.The study found that the quality of human resources in Henan China Travel is not high professional level and low educational level.The analysis shows that the main factors affecting the quality of human resources in Henan China Travel are:inadequate training,unreasonable assessment and promotion,unreasonable salary incentives,and leadership needs to be improved.In view of the above four points,this study puts forward five strategies: optimizing the training system for competency,optimizing the formulation of assessment and promotion mechanism,improving the salary incentive system,vigorously introducing high-level professionals,and improving corporate culture.The innovation of this paper lies in the in-depth verification of the research conclusions through field investigation and questionnaire analysis.The research ensures the salience of the research theory and problems by collecting the relevant information of Henan China Travel Service in a comprehensive and systematic way.At the same time,the research hypotheses are deduced and proved by the literature research method,which greatly improves the reliability of the research conclusions.Through the study of improving the quality of China Travel Service in Henan Province,it is helpful to improve the existing problems and improve the quality of human resources of China Travel Service in Henan Province.At the same time,the human resource quality problem of Henan China Travel Service is also a common problem in many travel agencies.This study can also provide theoretical basis and experience for thesame industry enterprises.
