Research On Supply And Demand Of Water Resources And Sustainable Utilization In Tianjin Binhai Area

Based on the forecast and analysis of the present situation of water resources in Tianjin Binhai New Area and the water supply and demand in different years,combination of regional socio-economic,natural geography and water resources characteristics,Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process of AHP,an evaluation system of sustainable utilization of water resources was established,then score the sustainable utilization of water resources in Binhai New Area,analyze the sustainable utilization level of Binhai New Area by scoring,and evaluation of the main components of the region scoring,find out the impact of the sustainable use of main areas on the overall situation of Binhai New Area.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)Through the Binhai New Area natural geography,geology and geomorphology,meteorological features,river water,social and economic profiles,as well as the characteristics of the precipitation in Binhai New Area and the main sources of water resources,study the current water supply in Binhai New Area,prepared for the regional water supply and demand analysis.(2)This paper analyzes the status of exploitation and utilization of water resources in Binhai New Area.On this basis,it is concluded that there are water shortage in Binhai New Area,the contradiction between supply and demand is serious,the administrative area is contradictory to water resources,water saving and water efficiency are not high.Management is also relatively weak,water ecological damage and a series of problems.(3)Through the development of population,economy,land and other planning,from the living needs of water,production water,ecological water and other aspects to predict water demand in the future Binhai New Area;through the local water situation,the transfer of water,seawater and sewage utilization,to predict the future water supply in Binhai New Area;compare water demand forecast with water supply forecast,the conclusion is that the water resources in Binhai New Area are not optimistic,if not take effective measures to strengthen the sustainable use of water resources,water problems will persist.(4)Through AHP,the evaluation system of sustainable utilization of water resources in Binhai New Area was established,use it to rate the sustainable use of water resources in Binhai New Area,analysis of the main factors affecting thesustainable utilization of water resources in Binhai New Area.(5)Using AHP to score the main components of Binhai New Area,draw points for each major component,analysis of the sustainable use of water resources in all regions,find the factors that constrain the sustainable use of water resources in these areas.On the basis of this,combined with the overall level of Binhai New Area,come to some and the overall relationship.
