Analysis On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Water Resources Utilization Of Agriculture And Animal Husbandry In Hami Area

The Hami region is located in the eastern part of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region,and the climate is dry and rainy,which is the most scarce water resource in Xinjiang.The average annual rainfall in the region is 38 mm,while the annual average of evaporation is 3182 mm,and the average amount of water is only three-fifths of the average of Xinjiang.Hami district,the shortage of water resources has become a key factor of economic and social development,therefore,in the national strategy of "area all the way" and Xinjiang work conference under the opportunity of Hami district,study the main problems and countermeasures of agricultural water resources,water resources in the country under the guidance of the strategy,considering the situation of water resources Hami district,provide the basis for regional economic development in the future,it is necessary.This study is carried out to fully collect,review,statistics,current situation of Hami area agricultural water resources utilization by agriculture and animal husbandry and water resources of Hami region,to further the use of water resources in agricultural and pastoral areas in industry to find problems,analysis of the problems of water resources utilization of agriculture and animal husbandry,countermeasures.The basic situation of water resources utilization in Hami area is the lack of water resources;the water use ratio of agriculture and animal husbandry is more important;the area of water conservancy project is small in scale;the demand of water for agriculture and livestock is large;and the irrigation mode is diverse.Mainly the production problems of activities in the use of water resources in agriculture and animal husbandry in Hami area for the use of low efficiency,waste and excess exploitation of groundwater transition caused by deforestation,grassland,sustainable utilization countermeasures of Fusarium Wilt and the lack of.The main causes of the problem are objective natural factors and subjective human factors.According to the theory of sustainable development,the paper puts forward that the problems existing in the utilization of water resources should strengthen the management level,establish the deployment system,and resolutely curb the overexploitation of groundwater.In increasing the efficiency of water resources to optimize the water resources,farmland and grassland,through the collection of water resources to enhance the consciousness of the water,improve water quota standardization management and promote agriculture,forage industry using efficient water saving measures;Should improve in terms of the sustainable utilization of water resources of natural recovery ability,improve the level of water resources management informationization,increase the air water resources development and diversification of water conservancy projects,through a series of measures to alleviate the shortage of water resources in Hami.
