Research On Evaluation Of POE Urban Park From The Perspective Of Child Friendship

Urban comprehensive parks are important places for children's outdoor activities,perception of nature and interpersonal communication.However,most of the current urban comprehensive parks design is based on the use needs of adults and neglects the use needs of children.Therefore,this study focuses on the actual use of children in urban comprehensive parks and explores the construction of the evaluation system of urban comprehensive parks' friendliness from the perspective of children's friendliness.Construction,taking The Round-City-Park as a case study,summarizes the use status of children in Circle Park,summarizes the problems of children's friendliness in The Round-City-Park,and puts forward optimization suggestions,which can provide reference for the construction and renewal of urban comprehensive park in the future.Based on the theory and method of using condition evaluation,combined with relevant research theories such as children-friendly city,children's behavioral psychology and park design norms,this study constructs an evaluation index system of children's friendliness in urban comprehensive parks with five first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators as hierarchical structure,and uses questionnaire method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and expert consultation method to determine each index.Weight of indicators.In the structural system,35% of the first-level indicators are spatial layout,which indicates that spatial layout has an important impact on the use of children in urban comprehensive parks.The second-level indicators include plant species diversity,convenience of park entrance and exit,accessibility of road system,richness of plant color change,spatial diversity,hydrophilic landscape participation,marking system,natural cognition and popular science education.Spatial participatory factors have a relatively important impact on the use of children in urban comprehensive parks.Then,taking The Round-City-Park as an example,using participatory observation method,questionnaire survey method and scale method,this paper makes an overall analysis of three aspects: the internal space environment of the park,the basic use mode and activity type of children,and the evaluation of friendliness,summarizes the characteristics of children's behavior and the advantages and disadvantages of the current situation of the park space environment,and makes a survey of the sample plot of Xi'an Ring City Park.The conclusions of the post-use evaluation are as follows:(1)The comprehensive rating of friendliness of the four sample plots was ranked as Section 1 > Section 4 > Section 2 > Section 3.(2)Children generally have a relatively high degree of friendliness for The Round-City-Park.The index factors such as park entrance and exit,road system,external traffic convenience,plant richness and maintenance condition all had higher scores of friendliness,while the index factors such as space terrain,garden ornamentation,activity atmosphere,hydrophilic landscape,parent-child interaction,natural cognition and education,and snack bar had lower scores of friendliness.(3)Although the friendliness of the four sections is different,the overall situation is consistent.With the central axis of the east-west direction as the boundary,the southern space layout,landscape elements and facilities management of Xi'an City Ring Park are relatively perfect,while the northern environment is relatively general.Based on the survey results and comprehensive evaluation,the paper summarizes the psychological and behavioral patterns of children and the current situation of the use of Xi'an Circle Park.(4)The lowest degree of friendliness among the children in Section 3 is the activity atmosphere,hydrophilic landscape participation snack shop,parent-child interaction facility,shade and rain shelter facility.Taking parent-child interaction facility as the theme,the intentional renovation design of Xi'an Circle Park was carried out.Finally,from the five aspects of spatial layout,landscape elements,management mechanism,humanistic spirit and supporting facilities,this paper puts forward the optimal design strategy to improve the children's friendliness of urban comprehensive park.
