The research object is green space of Qinhuangdao Olympic Park, QinhuangBotanical Garden and Tanghe Park. The main research contents is the composition ofthe plant community, the influence of green space on the ecological environment andthe landscape evaluation. This article is investigation and analysis the plantcommunities, the number of community traits and the impact of green to lightintensity, temperature, humidity, wind velocity, air anion concentration, dustconcentration in Qinhuangdao city park plant species. The green landscapes wereevaluated from the ecological effects, visual effects and social effects by using themethod of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). That is provide the basis for future ofQinhuangdao park plant communities build, landscape construction and so on. Themain results are as follows:1. In24representative plant communities of Qinhuangdao Olympic Park,Qinhuang Botanical Garden and Tanghe Park, there are45kinds of plants, belongingto45genera in27families which including20species of arbor,19kinds of shrubs,9species of herbs. The dominant tree species of Qinhuangdao green is Salixmatsudana, Pinusthunbergii, Prunus ceraifera cv. Pissardii, Koelreuteria paniculata,Populus tomentosa, Ulmus pumila, Ginkgo biloba, Fraxinus pennsylvanica, Populusalba, Pinus tabulaeformis, Aureus locustae, Syringa oblata,Loniccra maackii,Weigela florida, Cornus alba, Euonymus japonicus, Lagerstroemia indica, Forsythiasuspensa, Jasminum nudiflorum etc..2. The tree layer and shrub layer of species richness and diversity is higherthan herbaceous layer in Qinhuangdao park green space. Combined with arbor, bushand grass of species richness and diversity is higher than ohters. The second isuniform distribution which combined with bush and herbs. Waterfront green is lowerof overall diversity index.3. Green space can reduce the temperature of the environment, dustconcentration,improve the number of negative air ion. The gree combined with arbor, bush and grass has significant ecological benefits.4. The light intensity, temperature, air humidity, negative air ion, dustconcentration and wind velocity of different green and pavement are similar to thevariation. Light intensity began to decline after reaching a peak from10:00to14:00.The diurnal variation of air humidity in spring and summer is basically the same,they are all reaching the highest value in14:00, autumn is lower in10:00-12:00. Thenegative air ion had a highest value around noon in the spring and summer, thenbegan to gradually decrease. The daily variation of autumn had changed litter. Dustconcentration had a minimum value between10:00to14:00, and then began torise.Temperature is reach a peak in the10:00to14:00, then began to reduced. Thedaily variation of wind speed is irregular.5. In plants growing day, green can reduce the dust concentration sustainedly.From July to September, the green space can increase the negative air ion strongly,and low dust concentration. In October, plants stop growing or slow growth,photosynthesis and negative air ion are decreases in green space, and the diurnalvariation had small fluctuation. The dust concentration is rise.6. Then, the study built a comprehensive evaluation index system ofQinhuangdao park green from the ecological effects, visual effects and social effects,and calculated the comprehensive evaluation index of the15sample fields.Ⅰlevel ofplant community landscape where there are two views, respectively in Olympic Parkand Tanghe Park,13%of the total number of communities. There are four viewsbelong to grade Ⅱ which account for27%, respectively in Tanghe Park andQinhuang Botanical Gardens. There are seven views belong to grade Ⅲ whichaccount for47%. There are two views belong to grade Ⅵ which account for13%.The quality of park green space landscape in Qinhuangdao were higher than themiddle level. In the future, it should improve some aspects as selection of treespecies, plant configuration, park management and so on.7. The results showed that the landscape is better which the densitycommunities between0.69-0.91, the unit of TGB is over2m3/m2and the verticalstructure of the rich. The ecological benefit is better too.8. In the future, it could choose ornamental plant of color-rich, more seasonal changes and different species to apply. And combined with the application of nativespecies designed to a rich vertical structure can enhance the quality of greenlandscape and environmental quality. In greenland or the surrounding can set waterlandscape, then ecological environment will reach a higher level.
