In recent years, with the development of Internet technology and the growing demand for social communication, social network platforms have gradually entered the public eye as an important channel for information dissemination and knowledge sharing. The social network platform has been widely concerned and used by people because of its fast information update speed, rapid spread speed and wide range of propagation.Although the social networking platform brings a lot of convenience to the public to publish, browse and obtain information,it also brings about the proliferation of harmful information. The spread of harmful information such as yellow, violence and rumors not only harms the direct interests of the public, but also It poses a serious threat to social order and national security. In order to safeguard national security and protect the public interest, promote the healthy development of economic and social information, and strengthen the management of cyberspace content, the harmful information governance of social networks has become a difficult problem to be solved urgently in the development of the Internet. Therefore, this thesis uses the grounded theory to comprehensively define the concept of harmful information in social networks. From the perspective of information economics, the evolutionary game theory is used as the research method to construct the two-two game model between government supervision departments, social network platforms and the public. This paper introduces parameters such as public participation, punishment of government regulatory authorities, identification of harmful information, and degree of refinement of the authority and responsibility of government regulatory agencies into the corresponding game model, and discusses the dynamic evolution of strategy selection of game subjects under different conditions of different key parameters, finally, targeted governance recommendations are proposed from three levels: government regulatory agencies, social networking platforms, and the public. The chapters in this article are organized as follows:The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this paper, research ideas and methods, and draws the research goals and innovations from the theoretical research status of harmful information in social networks; The second chapter mainly introduces grounded theory and evolutionary game theory, and uses the grounded theory to define the concept of harmful information in social networks; The third chapter analyzes the main problems from the current situation of harmful information governance practice in social networks, and uses evolutionary game theory to construct two-two evolutionary game models between government supervision departments, social network platforms and the public, and analyzes the strategies among game subjects. The selection mechanism reveals the effects of different initial conditions and different key parameter values on the evolutionary stability of each model; The fourth chapter uses the Matlab7.0 and the R language as simulation tools to perform numerical simulation analysis on the evolutionary game model; The fifth chapter studies the conclusions and numerical simulation results based on the evolutionary game model theory, and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the government supervision department, social network platform and the public. The sixth chapter summarizes the main research work of this paper from three aspects, pointing out the shortcomings of the research and the direction of improvement.Study conclusions: By increasing public participation, punishing government regulatory agencies, public identification of harmful information, degree of subdivision of government regulatory agencies, coordination of social networking platforms, supervision by government regulatory agencies, and reduction of public participation costs, social networking platforms Governance costs and information asymmetry can improve the efficiency of governance of harmful information on social networks.
