Research On The Value Development Of Forest Resources In Dujiangyan City

With the acceleration of urbanization construction and the intensification of the industrialization progress,the ecological environment has faced many challenges,and the task of ecological civilization construction is imminent.In 2012,the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China began to incorporate "ecological civilization construction" into the "five in one" construction;in 2018,it also proposed "the opinion of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on accelerating the construction of ecological civilization." Comrade Xi Jinping,President of the State,mentioned that "the ecological environment advantage will be transformed into the ecological economy,ecological industry,eco-tourism and other ecological economic advantages,so that lucid waters and lush mountains can become invaluable assets to the economy." This concept requires that the industry be developed according to local conditions,establishing correct development ideas,transforming ecological environment advantages into ecological economic advantages,and effectively combines economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits.Dujiangyan City has risen due to water culture and Taoist culture.What is behind this is the vast forest resources of Dujiangyan City which are full of biodiversity.How to develop the rich forest resources scientifically and rationally in Dujiangyan City under the premise of protecting the ecology,and transform the ecological environment advantage of Dujiangyan City into an ecological economic advantage,and ensure the sustainable development of the forest industry in Dujiangyan City is of great significance.Based on the current situation of forest resources and value development and utilization in Dujiangyan City,this paper analyzes the dominant mode of value development.Firstly,based on the under-forest economy,the existing forest breeding model in Dujiangyan City was analyzed.Then the ecological tourism,the cultural tourism and the rural tourism industry established in Dujiangyan City on the forest mountain were analyzed.Secondly,the dominant pattern of two value development was found.The main problems existed: weak foundation of forestry industry,insufficient market-oriented operation;disordered management of forest tourism,backward existing management mechanism;unreasonable structure of tourism market and lagging renewal of tourism product assortment.Finally,based on the economic value,social value and ecological value of the forest,some feasible path for the development and utilization of the value of forest resources suitable for Dujiangyan City have been explored,which are to develop forest health and enrich the new tourism industry;to develop forest carbon sink industry;to develop non-wood forest products deep processing,and build a forest ecological product industry chain;to build a forest ecological culture system.In the end,policy recommendations have been proposed from forest resource management,forest tenure reform and forestry informationization to ensure the scientific and rational development and utilization of forest resources under the premise of protecting forest resources.
