In the late20th century, mankind is facing the crisis of the living environment, the global rise of the Green Wave for the protection of the living environment, influenced, forest tourism bred in order to protect the environment and "return to nature". Forest attracts many visitors with its wealth of natural landscapes, good ecological environment and the unique health care function. Both countries in the world and Chinese government have attached great importance to the forest tourism. Along with the improvement of people’s living standards and cultural qualities, the traditional way to travel is no longer popular, more and more tourists prefer healthy, comfortable forest tourism. China is a mountainous country, and the forest is mostly located in the mountains, so we have a rich landscape resources. However, in Forest Park and Forest Reserve, the destruction of forest resources and the ecological environment of the phenomenon persist in the tourism development process, which not only greatly affect the healthy development of forest tourism in China, but also not conducive to the protection of forest resources. Therefore, after a summary of the status quo of China’s forest resources, tourism development and ecological protection legislation on the ecological environment caused by the destruction of forest resources in tourism development, Then, we analysis its legislative defects. Finally, we should put forward the improvement of the system of ecological protection of the tourism development of China’s forest resources. We should adhere to the legal responsibility-of the development and protection of the combination of the principles, improving the ecological tourism development of forest resources protection legislation, to improve the environmental impact assessment system of the tourism development of the forest resources, the establishment of the reasonable forest resources Tourism development ecological compensation system, establish an effective system of public participation and strengthen ecological protection of forest resources.
