The meaning of the“sponge city”is to compare the city to a sponge.It drains water in time during rainfall,effectively seeps and absorbs water,and stores rainwater.When the weather is dry,it can release the stored water and use it to take advantage of natural laws.Deal with environmental changes and resist natural disasters.This article takes the actual project of a certain district of Xiamen City as an example.For the first time,the feasibility of using rainwater and reclaimed water for storage and utilization is studied.Through experiments and investigations,the plans and parameters have been determined,applied to the project,and a better society has been achieved.Economic benefits.In terms of rainwater storage in the area,rainwater resources are adjusted and utilized through the design of rainwater pipelines in the area,and the establishment of low-impact development facilities such as sunken green areas and permeable pavement.Through model analysis,the runoff control rate of the land before development was72%.After the development,the runoff control rate was 79.86%and 65.89%in the case of once-a-year,five-year and once-in-a-five-year rainfall of 55%.In terms of economic benefits,through the economic analysis of rainwater storage and utilization,the cost of rainwater storage and utilization is 47.16 yuan/m3.Although it is higher than the cost of water for tap water,it has great potential value and social benefits.In the reclaimed water section.Through coagulation-precipitation-filtration process,membrane process,and biological process comparison,biological treatment and ultrafiltration were selected as the reused water process.The effluent quality was the same as the relevant indicators(CODCr,BOD5,except that the TN removal rate was80%.The total phosphorus removal rate reached more than 90%,which can be used as a source of high-quality reclaimed water.The operating cost of the reclaimed water plant is approximately 1.739 yuan/m3,which is less than the tap water price of 3.2yuan/m3 for tap water.Through the reuse of rainwater and recycled water resources in the area,the annual water fee can be reduced by 3.396 million yuan.The economic net present value of the area is 101.5022 million yuan,the benefit-cost ratio is 4.34,and the economic indicators are satisfactory.Sponge project construction in this area shows that low-impact development facilities can play a significant role in controlling medium and small rainfall and have a slightly lower control effect on large-scale storms.Reclaimed water can be reused as miscellaneous water for domestic use,ensuring water quality and economic feasibility.The research results and engineering practice have achieved the requirements for low-impact development and water resources utilization in the area.
