As an important water supply source of groundwater resources,supporting the development of regional social economy,this point is more obvious in the north area of our country shortage of water.However,it is this dependence leads to excessive exploitation of groundwater,according to statistics,in 2012 in China mining area has reached 190000 km~2,all kinds of natural disasters.Rain and flood resources as an important stage(flood season)resources,the flood season rainfall and flood resources storage down,break the limit of time and space,and made it reasonable allocation in every aspects including production,life and ecology,to carry out the typical excessive mining rain flood resources utilization research on ultra mining area comprehensive governance is of great significance.In this study,summarizes the domestic and foreign existing rainwater utilization,artificial recharge of groundwater based on research progress,scientific definition of rain flood resources,rainwater and flood resources quantity,rain flood resources availability definition and connotation.Analysis on the regional geography,meteorology and hydrology,hydrogeology,water resources utilization status and so on.From the aspects of alternative water sources,water quality and quantity structure analysis of rain flood resourcesas an alternative water source implementation feasibility of underground hydraulic mining,and establishment the hydrogeological conceptual model,based on the Visual-MODFLOW4.2 software,the typical regions of Cangzhou(Dongguang County)underground pressure recovery effect is simulated and analyzed.And in Dongguang County as the research region to carry out the rain and flood resource recharging feasibility analysis of shallow layer,deep groundwater.The main conclusions are obtained through the analysis and researches are:(1)The rain flood resources can be used for agricultural water,to replace the deep groundwater,but in order to avoid the secondary salinization and other environmental effects of shallow groundwater level rising caused bypressure,does not suggestions the mining of shallow groundwater.(2)In Dongguang County,utilize rain and flood resources as an alternative water source implementation of underground hydraulic mining,can effectively uplift of deep groundwater level,but in order to avoid soil secondary salinization of shallow groundwater exploitation shall be maintained.(3)It is fesible to utilize rain and flood resources irrigation back in shallow groundwater in the paleochannel special regional in Dongguang County,however the recharge of deep groundwater due to technical conditions,the cost of higher limits,this study suggests that not feasible.
