There is a complex relationship between the objective form of geographical phenomena and its graphical representation.The existing forms of geographical data are mainly points,lines,planes and space-time relations.Visualization is the transformation of abstract and complex geographic data into an intuitive form,so that people can study geographic data.Spatiotemporal data are characterized by multidimensional,multi-scale and complexity.Spatio-temporal data mainly include spatial data,attribute data and time data.Spatial data mainly refers to the spatial location of geographical objects and spatial location relations.Attribute data mainly refers to the objective nature and attribute characteristics of the geographical objects;time data refers to the temporal change data and related behavior related to the geographical objects.Geographic spatio-temporal data visualization is a combination of scientific,artistic,and practical,and becomes a graphic expression,analysis and cognitive means of spatio-temporal data.It is becoming more and more highly valued and widely used by various departments of economic construction,scientific research,cultural education,national defense and military,and the analysis and evaluation of many departments and disciplines.It plays an important role in prediction,planning,design and decision-making management.This paper is based on the time-space expression of the campus vegetation.The spatial design is the multi-scale and multi-scale expression of the campus vegetation.For the design of the tense,it is based on the flowering period,the fruiting period and the preset viewing level of the vegetation.The main contents:First,the construction of multi-scale organization system,the use of "four times the principle" of multi-scale spatial data classification,construction of spatial data multi-scale organization system;Second,analysis of campus vegetation group characteristics and structural characteristics,the use of digital symbols The method realizes the multi-scale expression of vegetation landscape groups and structures.Third,the commonly used methods of dynamic visualization of spatio-temporal data are described in both static and dynamic aspects,and dynamic symbols are designed.According to the characteristics of space-time changes,dynamic symbols are used.The method realizes the visualization.Fourthly,according to the size of the vegetation and the temporal characteristics of the vegetation landscape,each vegetation in the campus is graded.According to the visual requirements in the campus vegetation GIS,the campus vegetation is expressed in multiple scales in space and time.The spatial and temporal visual design of campus vegetation can accurately express the spatial distribution and attribute characteristics of campus vegetation on the one hand,and on the other hand,it can reach the change of campus vegetation on the map.Therefore,teachers and students can also easily understand the spatial distribution and pattern of splendid flowers at different times on campus,thereby promoting teachers and students to have a desire to love and love their own campuses and love nature.
