Abstract/Summary:
With the development of society and the improvement of people’s economic level,Nature’s resources are constantly being consumed.Exhaust gas from human production activities causes the greenhouse effect and heat island effect to become more serious,Earth’s climate is getting worse.For the sustainable development of humanity in the future,climate research is particularly important.Carrying out climate comfort evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance for objective evaluation of urban human settlement environment and development of scientific urban planning,especially with the gradual improvement of people’s requirements for the quality of the living environment,Climate comfort has become a hot spot of research and research.The current evaluation of climate comfort can be divided into two categories: Empirical Model and Mechanism Model,most of the Empirical Models evaluate the climate comfort by calculating the temperature and humidity index and the rheumatism index,the Mechanism Model combines the clothing index and human body thermal effects to assess climate comfort,both have advantages and disadvantages,the Empirical Model only considers the influence of external natural factors without considering the thermal effects of humans themselves,the Mechanism Model reduces the changes in natural factors to climate comfort,focus on human body thermal effects.Therefore,this paper combines Empirical model and Mechanism model to introduces TFN-AHP and Convex function theory to construct a comprehensive climate comfort evaluation model.Because climate change is closely related to human production activities,therefore,the influence of social factors on the climate cannot be ignored.Therefore,this paper uses the FAHP method to model the overall climate comfort as the target layer,select five indicators,namely population density,per capita GDP,temperature and humidity index,wind-cold index and general thermal climate index that emerged with the development of computers and big data,as the three-level evaluation index.establish a comprehensive evaluation system in three layers,using the nine-level scale method to evaluate the relative importance of the two indicators by the triangular fuzzy number,establish fuzzy judgment matrix,Construct a comprehensive evaluation model.In addition,given the unique climate of Sichuan Province,This paper analyzes the characteristics of the changes in the climate comfort by the above five indexes,found that the relationship between them can be simulated with a convex function,According to the properties of convex functions,a new comprehensive evaluation model-convex function evaluation model is established.Finally,the two models are used in the climate comfort evaluation of major cities in Sichuan Province,and carried out the comparative analysis.Evaluation result display,the climate comfort of major cities in Sichuan Province based on Convex function model evaluation is not much different from that of TFN-AHP model.And more obvious than TFN-AHP model reflects climate change,Explain that the Convex function model can be applied to climate comfort evaluation.
