The Study On The Diversity Of Land Snail In Luoxiao Mountain Range And Surrounding Areas

From October 2016 to October 2018,the authors investigated the diversity of land snail in the Luoxiao Mountain range,analyzed its species composition,distribution and fauna,and compared it with land snail in other areas.At the same time,the beta diversity and driving factors of land snail in Luoxiao Mountain Range and surrounding areas was analyzed.These works provide an important basis for further improvement of the land fauna in China.The results are as follows:1.Through the collection and collation of relevant data in the field,a total of 129 species and subspecies(including 9 undetermined species)of land snail in the Luoxiao Mountain range were recorded,belonging to 45 genera,22 families and 4 orders of 2 subclasses,1 class.The dominant families are Bradybaenidae,Ariophantidae and Cyclophoridae,which including 29 species in 6 genera,22 species in 4 genera and 20 species in 8 genera,respectively.The dominant species are Bradybaena similaris,Opeas gracile,Kaliella depressa,Macrochlamys superlita and Bradybaenaravida ravida ravida.In terms of distribution,the species diversity of land snail was higest in Jinggangshan Nature Reserve,with 66 species belonging to 31 genera and 19 families,followed by Bamianshan Nature Reserve and Jiulingshan Nature Reserve,which including 12 families,20 genera,35 species and 8 families,19 genera and 33 species,respectively.2.The analysis of faunal similarity display,all sample sits can cluster into three branchs.Jinggangshan Nature Reserve is clustered into a single branch.Qiyunshan Nature Reserve,Bamianshan Nature Reserve,Jiulingshan Nature Reserve,Tiesiling Nature Reserve,Taoyuandong Nature Reserve and Wugongshan Nature Reserve are clustered into one branch.Xianguyan,Xinyumeng Mountain,Feijiantan,Guanshan Nature Reserve,Yunjushan Nature Reserve,Wanzai Zhushandong,Yinshuidong,Qingshuiyan,Luxidong and Yichun Zhuojiangrongdong are clustered into one branch.3.The analysis of faunal components display,there are 88 species of Oriental realm land snail in the Loxiao Mountain range,accounting for 68.22% of the total species;6 species of Palaearctic realm,accounting for 4.65% of the total species;20 species of transboundary distribution,accounting for 15.50% of the total species;6 species of widespread species,accounting for 4.65% of the total species;and 9 species undefined,accounting for 6.98% of the total species.4.Compared with the land snail fauna of Luoxiao Mountain Range and other areas,it is found that the composition of land snail fauna in China is consistent with the geographical location,and with the southward migration of geographical location,the proportion of Oriental realm species increases significantly.5.Study on beta diversity and driving factors of land snail in Luoxiao Mountain Range and surrounding areas,the results showed that the spatial turnover component was the main contributor to beta diversity.This indicates that these 25 areas have the same protection priority for lans snail,the number of reserve should be appropriately increased to expand the protected area to protect the land snail biodiversity in Luoxiao Mountain Range and surrounding areas.A significant difference of beta diversity was found between the macrosnails and microsnails.In addition,we found that precipitation and altitude have significant effects on beta diversity.
