Study On The Mechanism Of The Integration And Development Of The "City Of Humanities" In The Characteristic Cultural Town

In order to adapt and lead the new economic normal,better promote the supply-side structural reform,and explore the new urbanization road,China began to vigorously develop characteristic towns.The characteristic town is an effective carrier for the development of new urbanization,and the characteristic cultural town is one of the main modes of the development of characteristic towns.It is also the representative of the development of the characteristic town “manufacturing the city and humanities”,so this study is characterized by small culture.The town is an example.Because this topic is a research topic in Chongqing,it is funded by Chongqing Municipality.Therefore,the characteristic cultural town of Chongqing is taken as an example.The cultural integration of the characteristic cultural town is a dynamic and evolving complex system involving government,enterprises,residents and other subjects.Industrial development,cultural development,urban construction and residents' development all have an impact on the development of characteristic cultural towns.If the town wants to coordinate development at multiple levels,it needs to systematically analyze the various influencing factors in the system.Based on this,this paper uses the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to study the mechanism of humanistic integration development in Chongqing's characteristic cultural towns,in order to find the practical path of town development.In the theoretical research,this paper firstly uses the relevant theories of system dynamics,combined with the research results of the characteristic cultural towns and the practical application of system dynamics,in the analysis of the system composition and mechanism principle of the cultural integration of the characteristic cultural towns.Based on the above,four subsystems of industrial subsystem,urban subsystem,cultural subsystem and resident subsystem are constructed.Then,the causal relationship diagram in system dynamics is used to describe the subsystem structure of each subsystem,and the model flow diagram of system dynamics is utilized.Characterize the relationship between variables in the system.It can be seen from the system analysis process that the development of the “cultural city and humanities” in the characteristic cultural town is the result of the coordinated development of the four systems of industry,town,resident and culture.On this basis,using the evolutionary game theory method,through the establishment of evolutionary game model,the evolution process of the cultural integration of the characteristic cultural towns is analyzed.Based on the maximization of the interests of the game,and considering the realistic constraints of the development of Chongqing's characteristic cultural towns.The result of the model game is that the cooperation between the government and the project investment enterprises of the characteristic cultural towns is a balanced condition for the stable development of the town.In the empirical research,this paper selects fourteen characteristic cultural towns in Chongqing as the research object.Based on the above theoretical analysis,the Vensim PLE software is used to establish the system dynamics model of the fusion of the characteristic culture town of Chongqing.The influencing factors in the model are simulated and analyzed,and the sensitivity of each variable is analyzed.From the measurement results,it can be concluded that the financial institution's year-end loan balance and cultural investment amount have great influence on the development of humanity integration in the city.Based on the analysis results of the model,the paper puts forward policy recommendations for the development of cultural integration in Chongqing's characteristic cultural towns,which provides a reference for the development of Chongqing's characteristic cultural towns.The innovation of this paper is mainly to collect a large amount of the latest data through field research,and to investigate the development status of Chongqing's characteristic cultural towns.It is different from the previous empirical analysis of the town using only macro data;secondly,the establishment of characteristics The system dynamics model of the cultural town,using evolutionary game theory to explore the stable development conditions of the town,and then use the established model to simulate the path of the town's stable development,which was not available to the small town research institute.Through the application of the theory and method of system dynamics and evolutionary game theory,it provides a certain idea for the future development of characteristic cultural towns.
