Defective photonic crystals are artificially fabricated crystals based on the development of photonic crystals.The most important feature of this new type of artificial crystals is the defect state effect and the Purcell effect.It is precisely because of this characteristic of defective photonic crystals that defective photonic crystals have potential application in the market,and it is expected to be used to make photonic devices and improve device performance.Based on colloidal crystal template and laser holographic template,kinds of defective titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystals and bulk cubic deficient titanium oxide anti-structure photonic crystals were prepared.The spectra of deficient titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystals were studied.The characteristics of the study,mainly the following work.?1?Preparation of polystyrene colloidal template by vertical deposition method.On the basis of this method,bulk cubic defect type titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystal,nanosheet defect type titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystal,array defect type were prepared by electrochemical method.Titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystal.The defect morphology of the prepared defective photonic crystal has a high degree of regularity.?2?The laser holographic template was prepared by laser holography.On the basis of this step,the bulk cubic titanium oxide anti-structure photonic crystal was prepared by electrochemical method.The obtained cubic defect-type titanium oxide anti-structural defects have a high degree of regularity.?3?Studying the reflection spectra of titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystals and deficient titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystals,it is found that the photonic band gap peak of titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystals increases with the increase of the particle size of titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystals.When defects?bulk cubic defects,nanosheet defects?are introduced into the titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystal,it is found that the defect is introduced into the photon of the photonic crystal compared to the reflection spectrum of the same diameter titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystal.A defect peak is introduced into the forbidden band peak.The defect state effect of the defective photonic crystal was verified.?4?Study on the effect of photonic crystals and defect photonic crystals on Ir?ppy?3 luminescence by attaching Ir?ppy?3 to titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystal and bulk cubic deficient titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystal.It was found that due to the photonic band gap effect of photonic crystals,the titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystal has an inhibitory effect on the luminescence of Ir?ppy?3?at the photonic band gap peak of 490 nm?,and for the defective titanium oxide occupying Ir?ppy?3.In the case of the inverse opal photonic crystal,the luminescence of Ir?ppy?3 is enhanced at the defect state frequency?530 nm?of the defective titanium oxide inverse opal photonic crystal,and the introduction of the defect has a modulation effect on the Ir?ppy?3 luminescence.Figure 48,Table 1,and 56 references.
