With the development of social economy,the continuous updating and upgrading of science and technology has promoted the continuous advancement of enterprise information.More and more companies are stepping up to build information technology for enterprises.With the continuous deepening of the enterprise management system and the advent of economic globalization,the interconnection between enterprises has become more and more frequent.However,the distortion in the process of information interaction is more serious,so the development of supply chain management provides good support for supply chain participants to communicate with each other.As the changes in the market demand pattern and the development of enterprises,the traditional production methods can no longer meet the modern needs.The traditional production planning model is limited to internal companies.The development of supply chain management has greatly solved the problem of one-way information transmission.The project combines the company's supply-oriented intensive production planning research to improve the ability of supply chain participants to develop in the supply chain environment.Combine the market,the actual production situation and theoretical research of the enterprise,analyze the relevant factors affecting the actual operation of the planned production process through the on-the-spot investigation and internship of the enterprise,and determine the minimum total cost supply chain.A multi-objective intensive production planning model with set determination and uncertain conditions based on the minimum total cost of supply chain is established.Research and explore the multi-objective programming optimization solution,optimize the multi-objective function established by the subject through the analytic hierarchy process,transform it into a single target to solve the problem,simplify the solution process;Verification of the validity of the objective function results by MATLAB in conjunction with the production planning data of the manufacturing company.Based on the research on the above topics,combined with the production plan of the production enterprise in the supply chain,design and develop the supply chain intensive production planning management system,using J2 EE development platform and SQL Server 2012 database support,based on JSP language foundation development and implementation The relevant functional modules of the intensive production planning management system are extended to the enterprise for operation.The results of the operation show the effectiveness of the multi-objective planning and production planning system of the research,and provide a good development for enterprises under supply chain planning management.The application and practice test of theoretical results have been realized.
