In the rapid development of the logistics industry,if logistics enterprises want to maintain long-term competitive advantages in a highly competitive market environment,they must constantly improve their logistics service quality,and meet the personalized need of ever-changing customers on the basis of ensuring the lowest logistics cost.Based on the specific economic development of Chengdu,this paper combines with the theoretical basis of logistics planning and design,and combines the Analytic Hierarchy Process with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make a reasonable scientific location for the target distribution center of T Company.Then,the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the System Layout Planning have been combined to plan the layout design of the selected distribution center that is carried out to realize the rationalization of the location and layout of the distribution center,the standardization of the operation,the informationization of the management,and the scientific design process.Operational information management and rational selection of logistics equipment to effectively control and manage inventory,improve operational efficiency,reduce staff costs and labor intensity,and finally select the optimal plan for T company distribution center planning and design to achieve T company logistics' lowest cost and highest customer satisfaction.The main research contents include:(1)This paper analyzes the current situation of T Company,and uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the target location scheme of T Company and determine the best location plan.In this paper,from the selection of evaluation indicators to the establishment of evaluation index system,then to the use of analytic hierarchy planning and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to solve the actual site selection of the T Company's logistics distribution.The relevant data indicators and methods selected in this paper have a good reference for the choice of logistics distribution centers in the business premises,and also provide an effective reference for other companies when selecting sites.Using these methods and reference indicators can effectively carry out scientific and reasonable address selection.(2)Based on the determined location of the T Company,the overall layout of the distribution center operation areas were carried out by using the System Layout Planning,and two alternative layout schemes were obtained.Then,according to the Analytic Hierarchy Process,a hybrid hierarchical model with economic benefit and safety management as the evaluation index of the company's decision-making is constructed.Through the quantitative calculation methods such as establishing matrix and sorting,the comprehensive weight values of the two alternatives are determined.Finally,the distribution center layout plan of T Company is obtained by comparing the comprehensive weight values.The actual results show that the theoretical methods and evaluation indicators selected in the process of determining the site selection and layout planning of the T Company logistics distribution center are in line with the actual situation of T Company.The methods and evaluation indicators selected in this paper have certain reference for relevant research scholars,and also have certain application value for the location and layout planning of logistics distribution centers of related logistics enterprises.Meanwhile,it provides a certain reference for enterprise decision-makers in the decision-making methods and ideas of enterprises.
