The rapid development of manufacturing industry and the change of production mode have continuously raised new challenges for traditional manufacturing enterprises.For such enterprises,it is very difficult to achieve certain breakthroughs in a fierce competitive environment.From the analysis of the existing production links,enterprise managers can optimize and improve from the perspectives of providing customers with better service,controlling production costs and improving employee satisfaction.Throughout the production management process,Being able to respond quickly to customer demand information and developing a sound production schedule is a prerequisite for efficient production operations and can bring significant benefits to the business.Based on the APS(Advanced Scheduling Plan)theory,this paper proposes a method for outputting the production scheduling plan based on the demand information of each product and how to judge the pros and cons of the scheduling solution.Firstly,based on the main business processes of the case enterprises,it is clear that the main stages involved in the formulation of the production scheduling plan are:(1)formulation of the finished product scheduling plan;(2)determination of the merits of the scheduling plan;(3)adjustment of the dynamic scheduling plan.The finalization schedule of the finished product is based on the condition of the assembly line and the production conditions of the product.The paper proposes a way of scheduling,which is determined by minimizing the leading time.On this basis,the method of balanced gravity is proposed,and the position of gravity is adjusted to make sure that all the demand can be satisfied,which means all the factors of the customers' demand including the type of the product,the amount of product and delivery time.At the same time,the method of balanced gravity can output multiple scheduling plans since multiple sets of parameters have been confirmed.Then,from the perspectives of the satisfaction of customer,the management of enterprise cost and the satisfaction of employee,the evaluation criteria of scheduling plan are formulated,including Index of delivery time,Index of inventory,Index of transferring mode,Index of shift balance and Index of Sunday overtime.Also,the use of the analytic hierarchy process contributes to the determination of the weighting coefficients for each indicator.Finally,by calculating the score of each scheduling scheme we can select the best scheme which has the lowest score.In the end,the idea of a dynamic scheduling scheme based on bi-week scheduling,uneven distribution of demand orders,and emergency handling is proposed.
