In order to survive and develop, and obtain the greatest profit or bear the least cost, enterprises not only to plan a long-term development strategy, but also to plan the production planning in medium-term or short-term, at the same time they would like to carry out the plans smoothly which spend great efforts. But in the real, all sorts of unexpected situations often occurs, decision-makers must make adjustment timely. In the global supply chain environment, studying on the supply chain production planning of the disruption could provide some theoretical basis for the decision-makers. For the development of management and the promotion of the national economy, all of which have important scientific and economic significance.This paper has carried on research by the systematic theory, and discusses the linear programming model of the two-stage supply chain production planning, based on analysising practical issues of the supply chain production planning. With Matlab, Visual Basic, as well as database technology, we designed a simple supply chain production planning system, and an example is given to verify the feasibility of the system.After learning the development frameworks deeply, this paper extends the contents of analysis and design steps in software development based on MESSAGE modeling concepts and language. JADE development platform is chosen in design and implementation steps. The thesis takes construction of many Multi-Agent system components in concern, proposes a systematical Agent development process.The process highlights software works in design step that like mature software engineerings, and be used in the scenes of the integrated development of object-oriented and Agent.Finally, on the basis of the original two-stage supply chain production planning system, we introduce the multilevel programming model for the two-stage supply chain disruption management. In this paper, describe the simulated annealing algorithm steps to solve the deviation cost indicators. For the first time, the MESSAGE and JADE Agent software development method is applied to the supply chain production planning system for disruption management, the simulated annealing algorithm will be effective in the integration of the Agent, and we design a prototype for the two-stage supply chain production planning disruption based on multi-Agent. The simulation shows that the model is reasonable and the algorithm is effective. The model of production planning and the two-story supply chain disruption management model are organically combined, to ensure that the integrity and practicality of the supply chain production planning system.
