Regional cooperation can not be separated from the interaction among industries.Optimizing industrial structure is the eternal theme of economic development,and it is also the "new normal" of China's economic development in the future.As the pioneer of cross-regional cooperation in China,the Yangtze River Delta urgently needs to coordinate the rational division of labor and layout among industries in the situation of increasingly fierce regional competition.The regional industry linkage is the driving point and important guarantee for breaking the double trouble of "adjustment and optimization".Exploring the optimization strategy of the industrial structure of the Yangtze River Delta and jointly creating a new modern industrial system will play an important role in promoting the high quality and coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta.Under the condition of systematically combing the industrial structure theory,industrial association mode and industrial structure optimization,this paper firstly uses the MRIO model to measure the industrial relationship of the Yangtze River Delta from three dimensions: industrial structure similarity,economic distance and multiplier spillover effect.The results show that the industries in the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta have high similarity as a whole,and the differences among the electric power and thermal power industries are significant;for the economic distance,Anhui has more direct industrial connections with other regions and has a smaller industry scope.Electric power and thermal power have strong radiation ability among the industries;for the multiplier spillover effect,there are differences in the inter-regional interactions between final demand change and cost promotion.The development of labor-intensive and environmentally polluted industries is more prominent.Then using the gray dynamic correlation analysis method,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for industrial structure optimization,from the three levels of rationalization,promotion and ecologicalization of industrial structure.The system measures the 1992-2017 industrial structure optimization change in three provinces and one city of the Yangtze River Delta,and the study found that the level of industrial structure optimization in the Yangtze River Delta has been continuously improved,but regional development is not synchronized.Finally,Based on the above empirical analysis,this paper provides a decision-making reference for the direction of industrial structure optimization in the Yangtze River Delta.
