Estimation And Promotion Strategy Of Cultivated Land Resources Value In Jiansanjiang Reclamation Region

With the accelerating urbanization process,a large amount of cultivated land is occupied,people's demand for cultivated land is becoming stronger,and the contradiction between people and land is becoming more and more serious.The problem of farmland protection cannot be ignored.As a scarce and difficult to regenerate resou rce,cultivated land plays an important role in China's sustainable development strategy.Cultivated land not only has economic value,but from the national level,cultivated land resources can guarantee regional food security and maintain social stability to a certain extent;from the farmer level,it can provide employment security,provide basic living security,and also provide purification for human beings.Ecological value in terms of environment and so on.Therefore,in order to protect limited culti vated land resources and better realize the sustainable development of cultivated land resources,we must thoroughly understand the value of cultivated land resources.This paper takes the Jiansanjiang reclamation region in the main grain producing area as an example,and divides the value of cultivated land resources into economic,social and ecological values.Using the income reduction method,the benchmark land price coefficient correction method,and the alternative market method,the farmland in Jiansanjiang reclamation region will be built in 2007-2016.The value of resources is measured,and on this basis,the characteristics of cultivated land in the study area are studied separately from the perspective of time series and spatial change.Research i ndicates:(1)The high value areas of the total value of cultivated land resources in the Jiansanjiang reclamation regionare concentrated in the central and northern parts of the reclamation area.The median areas are mostly concentrated in the southern part of the reclamation area,while the low-value areas are mostly distributed in the eastern part of the reclamation area.From the calculation results,the farms in Jiansanjiang reclamation region will be divided into three grades,high-value areas: Yalu River Farm,Houjiang Farm,Qianjin Farm,Chuangye Farm,Qianshao Farm and Erdaohe Farm;Median District: Qinglongshan Farm,Hongwei Farm;low-value areas: Qindeli Farm,Qixing Farm,Daxing Farm,Honghe Farm,Qianfeng Farm,Shengli Farm and 859 Farm.(2)The factors leading to the reduction of the value of cultivated land resources in Jiansanjiang reclamation region are summarized as follows:1)From the time series,the factors such as the pre-judgment of the supply and demand of agricultural products market and the occurrence of serious natural disasters in the same period will reduce the value of cultivated land resources to a certain extent.2)From the spatial scale analysis,the farms in the low-value area of cultivated land resources are mostly distributed in the eastern part of the reclamation area.The siteis located in the alluvial plain area.The slope of the cultivated land is relative ly large,it is difficult to carry out agricultural mechanized farming on a large scale,the farmland water conservancy facilities are not perfect,and the transportation network is not smooth enough.The farm's ecological environment is relatively poor and biodiversity is vulnerable to damage.(3)The factors that promote the improvement of the value of cultivated land resources in Jiansanjiang reclamation region are summarized as follows:1)From the time series,factors such as the introduction of relevant social benefiting policies,adjustment of planting structure to increase the area planted with food crops,and improvement of agricultural machinery level will all increase the value of cultivated land resources.2)From the spatial scale analysis,the farms in the high value area of cultivated land resources are concentrated in the central and northern part of the reclamation area,occupying a superior geographical position,flat terrain,su fficient distribution of farm water resources,fertile soil,convenient and convenient transportation network,and high degree of modernization of agricultural machinery.The farmland water conservancy facilities are complete.(4)In order to effectively improve the value of cultivated land resources in Jiansanjiang reclamation region,the following suggestions are made to combine the characteristics of cultivated land in the reclamation area: strengthen the dynamic monitoring of agricultural market and stabilize the economic income of residents in the reclamation area;improve the early warning mechanism of agricultural disasters,improve the disaster prevention capability of the residents in the reclamation area;renovate and vigorously develop green and i ntelligent agriculture.
