Under the background of the global warming, concerning the regionalcharacteristics of regional land use and land cover change at the same time, the climatechange in Jiansanjiang reclamation areas was analyzed.According to the monthly data of air temperature and precipitation of15meteorological stations from1965to2002in Jiansanjiang reclamation areas, someclassical statistical methods were used to explore the characteristics of climate change,such as trend, correlative correlation, climate variation analyses and climate elementscumulative test curve and so on. The statistics of some climatic factors such as meantemperature, mean maximum temperature, mean minimum temperature, precipitationwere gathered in the light of year and season, their change during40years wereanalyzed, the result showed that annual mean temperature and seasonal meantemperature present a obvious rising tendency, the annual mean temperature mutationappeared in1987, and winter was the most significant temperature increasing. From theperspective of the spatial distribution, temperatures of different areas in Jiansanjiangreclamation areas rise, especially in the central and western regions. In the same period,the maximum and minimum temperature also increased, the tendency to rising andchanging range on minimum temperature are more than those of maximum temperature,And has the obvious regional variations.There was only a little increase tendency for annual precipitation, and the tendencyratio was-1.90mm/10a. Annual precipitation in northwest and southern rim were on thereduced, Most of the rest of the regions were precipitation increasing areas. Spring、autumn and winter precipitation present a tendency to reducing in addition to summer.Using climate elements cumulative test curve and test signal of noise ratio(S/N) toanalyze climate mutation.The result showed that precipitation mutation appeared in1980and1997, but both of them were not obvious. All though the frequency of droughtand flood disaster is high, but the strong disaster is low.
