| Farmland not only provides food and means of production to meet people's needs for survival and economic development,but also plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining national food security and social stability.Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's economy and increasingly serious urbanization,a large amount of cultivated land has been occupied,the total area of cultivated land has declined dramatically,and the problem of land degradation has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,the problem of cultivated land resources cannot be ignored.With the rapid development of this market economy,more and more people overestimate the value of farmland transferred to construction land and underestimate the agricultural value of farmland,leading to the transformation of large areas of farmland to non-agricultural land.Therefore,the key to protecting cultivated land resources is to improve the economic value of cultivated land resources.Only by seeing the economic benefits of cultivated land resources and feeling the improvement of life quality can we fundamentally solve the problem of sharply reduced cultivated land resources.Baoquanling nongken is one of the nine administrative departments of heilongjiang agricultural reclamation administration.It is located in the delta area where heilongjiang and songhua river converge.With a total area of 6,115 square kilometers and an area of 4.76 million mu of farmland,it is an important green food base and one of the important commercial grain production bases in China.Taking BaoQuanLing land reclamation,for example,on the basis of defining the cultivated land resource value connotation,respectively by the method of income reduction method for 2008-2017 annual BaoQuanLing agricultural reclamation of cultivated land resources of economic value measure,from the perspective of time and space research BaoQuanLing land reclamation of cultivated land resource value respectively,analyze the change of cultivated land resource value of 2017 BaoQuanLing land reclamation area and BaoQuanLing agricultural areas and the difference of the value of the cultivated land resources situation of the farm,to highlight the importance of protecting cultivated land resources.The main research results are as follows :(1)define the concept of cultivated land resource value by summarizing relevant research on the value of cultivated land resource at home and abroad.The economic value of farmland is very remarkable.At present,the rapid development of urbanization has absorbed most of the labor force,so it is more necessary for us to promote the development of agricultural resources to absorb the labor force,so as to reduce the employment pressure in China's current society.The acceleration of industrialization inevitably destroys the environment,and the ecosystem composed of cultivated land and plants on the ground can improve the humanenvironment,regulate the climate,maintain the biodiversity,and decompose and digest the waste of secondary and tertiary industries to make it run normally.So to solve the employment pressure,to improve the ecological environment,we need to prove that the economic value of cultivated land resources,make people continue to economic interests as the starting point,the focus is transferred to cultivated land resource,Labour return to the land,to improve land revenue on the basis of absorbing labor force,improve the environment,balance the urbanization,industrialization development.Therefore,this paper focuses on the economic value of cultivated land resources,emphasizing that cultivated land provides agricultural products for human agricultural production with economic benefits.(2)analyze theories related to the value of cultivated land resources,including externality theory,property rights theory,location theory and land ecology theory.On this basis,the time and space values of cultivated land resources in baoquanling reclamation area(14 farms)were calculated,and the time dynamic changes and spatial differences of cultivated land resource values were analyzed.(3)based on the research experience of the former,combined with the characteristics of cultivated land resources in baoquan mountain reclamation area(14 farms)and obtained real data according to the statistical yearbook of baoquan mountain reclamation area,the economic value of cultivated land resources in baoquan mountain reclamation area(14 farms)from 2008 to 2017 was calculated by income reduction method.(4)in terms of time scale,by calculating the economic value of cultivated land resources in baoquan mountain reclamation area(14 farms)from 2008 to 2017,it can be concluded that the economic value of cultivated land resources and population changes in baoquan mountain reclamation area(14 farms)from 2008 to 2017 showed a stable development in the later stage.2012 years ago,the fall in the value of the cultivated land resource economic,is mainly due to the disasters of 08-2012 BaoQuanLing land reclamation area,continuous crops suffered from drought and flood,flood,disease,makes BaoQuanLing agricultural areas every farm crops in the affected area is larger,a substantial reduction in food production,the corresponding year of arable land resources,reduce the economic value,the farmers' income serious losses,the labor transfer,cultivated land resources increasingly ignored reason.It also reflects the status quo of "depending on the day to eat" from the side.(5)spatial scales: based on the 2017 farms(14)each farm of BaoQuanLing land reclamation area cultivated land resource economic value calculation,analysis from the aspects of the economic value of cultivated land resources in 2017(14)farm of BaoQuanLing land reclamation area of cultivated land resource value space distribution,the results show that in 2017(14)farm of BaoQuanLing land reclamation area of cultivated land resource value space distribution,the cultivated land resource economic value differences,from the side reflects the restricting factors of cultivated land,economize in urgent. |
