Construction And Design Of General Aviation Meteorological Service System

With the sustained and rapid economic growth of our country and the introduction of a series of policy documents to promote the development of general aviation,China’s general aviation industry has developed rapidly in recent years.General purpose aircraft are generally of a "light,small and slow" type,so the general aviation industry has a greater demand for aviation weather services and higher requirements.Due to the late start,China’s general aviation meteorological service system has the following disadvantages: shortage of meteorological observation equipment,insufficient types and quantities of meteorological observation data,inadequate sharing of meteorological observation data,limited production capacity of meteorological forecasting products and limited ability to release meteorological service products.And all of these disadvantages have caused the present situation that the general aviation meteorological service ability of our country lags behind the development of general aviation industry seriously.By deeply analyzing the present situation and demand of general aviation meteorological Service in China,this paper studies and establishes a general aeronautical meteorological service system including observation site layout,meteorological data sharing transmission,flight meteorological product production and aeronautical meteorological information release,aimed at improving the performance of general aviation meteorological observation equipment,realizing real-time transmission and rapid sharing of all kinds of data,ensuring aviation weather early warning products more precise and more accurate,flight weather product release more effective and more targeted,so as to enhance the service capacity of general aviation meteorology,upgrade the technical level of aviation meteorological business,and provide reliable meteorological guarantee for the safe production of general aviation.
